Flowers were 1 week late and most of them dead,I did receive a refund but not good.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received. I found the website, the telephone and the online chat service very inflexible. Yes I made the mistake of not adding the recipients name and address. I accept that!! As soon as I pressed the button to send I realised what I had done. I immediately sent an return email explaining what I had done, received a no reply email!!I went back to the web page to edit the mistake...no edit button, what!! I made a telephone call to customer service which told me you weren't taking calls!!!! I then went back to chat line on your web page, only to be told the address couldn't be change and the flowers would be coming to me!!! What!!!! this was all less in than 5 minutes!!! so very inflexible!!!! ~I did send a message to your Customer Service Team from the website but never had a reply!! I can't be the only person who has ever made a mistake when ordering flowers on your website.. And when the flowers arrived to ME the following day........6 days later they were all dead the roses never opened out and the stocks just drooped. So I was glad they hadn't gone to the right person!! I sent another order using Zing Flowers and sent to the correct recipient, but I could check and edit from their email and their website so I think you know I will not be using your company again. Update your website! The week before my mother in law sent some flowers from you which did get to the recipient minus the card and the chocolates ordered which you had to refund!!

Absolutely beautiful. Lasted for two weeks and all buds flowered. Have since sent them to my daughter and daughter in law.

Flowers arrived late and prior to that I received a messages that said they were undeliverable. Also the chocolates arrived as a molten lump. A very disappointed regular customer

Sorry the flowers were half dead when I received them but the flowers I sent to my sister were ok not sure if you want review of the ones my sister sent or vis a versa is

Hi we receive them for my wife’s anniversary But the box was heavily damaged and the flowers are snapped which is such a shame really we are expecting great things I know they’re only cost £20 or just a little bit over with four chocolates but even still And then the stems that these survive out of the ones that were snapped only lived for about three days and that was the Jip

Don't EVER use this company. Incompetent and negligent. I ordered a sympathy bouquet to be delivered for my Aunt’s funeral today at 11am. Flying Flowers assured me that the order would be delivered before the scheduled funeral, or delivered the previous day if not. The order was delivered over 1 hour after her funeral. I subsequently received a delivery confirmation note that read; 'I'm pleased to confirm that your Flying Flowers order has been delivered as promised – I'm sure it won't be all too long until they're in touch with you in person to pass on their thanks! ' words fail me

Flowers that arrived looked nothing like the picture. Emailed and got a less than satisfactory response to say that they always send buds, they would flower and were as pictured - this was not the case. Really disappointing as this was sent to a friend for her birthday and what arrived is not worth the money or as expected

I ordered a bouquet for my elderly father to give mum on their 49th anniversary as he could not get out to buy her flowers. I selected the specific delivery date, offered as free delivery on the date of your choice. It did not turn up until the day after. It was then explained to me that selecting the free delivery by Royal Mail might not mean your delivery arrives on the chosen day. What is the point of offering a selected date for delivery of a special occasion bouquet that might not get there on the day. Absolute rubbish!

I was utterly flaborgasted at the letter box bunch of flowers that was punched through my door. Once i opened the box i was utterly stunned and discusted at what had been delivered. The roses that my best friend had taken the time to pick out for my birthday were literally on their last legs. I am utterly upset and disgusted at this companies service who literally just shoved the flowers through my door and left. I recommend you do not use their services

it took 8days for the flowers to get to my cousin and they were dead I sent a email to you no answer. Kath my cousin also emailed you she got a answer,and she got some lovely flowers over a week later.
