Nothing like the picture Nd definitely not worth the money .Extremely disappointed.Definately would not recommend this site.!!!!!!

This is the second disappointment within a couple of weeks. The first flowers I ordered were dead within 5 days and the second ones I had sent last week were abysmal, nothing like the ones I ordered. I wont be using you again.

The flowers look nothing like the picture and there are hardly any of them. They came 2 days late so never came on time for the occasion

Flowers didn't arrive, customer services non existent, no one replied to my emails . 3 days & still waiting for someone to contact me regarding this matter. My opinion is to avoid & seek flowers elsewhere .

I looked at your website and chose my flowers for my wife who is depressed to cheer her up on the flowers I ordered was a sticker saying 25% extra free so I bought them expecting a rather large bouquet of beautiful summer flowers. Not the case at all. A small bunch instead arrived how disappointed were we. Some of the flowers are not opening but dying in future I will go to a flower shop not online or with flying flowers then I received an apologie THATS ALL.

The Information saying about delivery not turning up on time if you choose a different option should be clearer if we don't use your postal service Vert disappointed.

Flowers did not arrive until a weeks after the scheduled delivery date. They were dead! Perhaps not the fault of Flying Flowers but the Royal Mail? When I contacted Flying Flowers 2 days after the scheduled delivery date and the flowers had not arrived at that point, they were really quite unhelpful, suggested I re-ordered. They did process refund without quibble but were not really interested in the fact that my flowers had not been received on time.

Ordered birthday bouquet flowers chocolates and a mini bottle of Prosecco for a friend was so embarrassed flowers were half dead on arrival chocolates crushed and no mini bottle of Prosecco, felt soo embarrassed as this was a present would love to hear your comments on this

IT HAPPENS EVERY YEAR. I have a friend who continues to buy your rubbish flowers. Usually her choice is carnations, at least a third are damaged or missing. This year the bunch includes a couple of dead green twigs. 3 stems of Alstroemeria that are dead and have dropped all the petals. 1 brown/dead rose. BUT 2 Fresia's and 2 carnations are sort of alive. I am not overlooking the fact that this was sent with good intentions from my friend but I truly dread your box of horrid flowers turning up and blighting my birthday each year. I would prefer her to give the money to charity than keep spending money on the dross you send annually. Oh, I would give you NO stars but there is not a button for that. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I live in Ireland,I bought flowers for my daughter,she lives in the UK.They were delivered by courier and when my daughter went downstairs from her apartment the driver was gone,but so too were the flowers.Ive emailed this company several times,no reply.Shame on you!!

Ordered flowers for a very close friend which arrived yesterday, following her having some bad news . Very very disappointing. Paid 24.99 and the flowers are not as described. Your advert lists 18 flowers . Only 12 received. Received 25% refund following initial complaint but feel strongly about leaving this review as your advert is misleading customers and you are misadvertising. Very dissatisfied customers...

Absolute awful company the customer service is disabolical ignoring all my emails of complaints not once did anyone get back to me an its now been 2 months. The flowers dont look like the photos they turned up dead on my door step!! Never buy from these people again

Ridiculous customer service. I ordered flowers for my friends anniversary. Flowers did not arrive. ITS BEEN 5 DAYS NO REPLY FROM THEM. I would not reccomend this website to anybody. VERYYY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
