The flowers were half dead. I tried to email the company but kept getting Mail demon. It was quite embarrassing as I brought them for my niece who has Covid 19

We usually receive excellent bouquets from Flying Flowers but I am afraid to say not this time I ordered my selection as a thank you gift for my Wife who is my principal carer but I was very upset at the state they arrived in the Roses were all open and Droopy and some heads had come off Today is Sunday only two days after Arrival and they will have to be thrown. Away as they have had it

I made my order for flowers in response to the ‘free vase’ offer. I entered the ‘FREEVASE’ code with the order but there was no evidence of that on my order. The flowers were lovely, but no vase. I was told that it was too late to add the free vase to the flowers as they had already been dispatched. Despite the glitch in the system, I am happy to receive vase now. I have emailed 2-3 times about this, but to no avail. I hope this can be rectified soon.

The post office tied to deliver the flowers on Wednesday 29th as requested but no one at home so they took them back and may deliver today 31st - I don't know what state they will be in if they are delivered ????

I ordered some flowers for my mum as she is really down there was supposed to be a free box of chocolates which she hasnt recieved im really dissapointed with the flowers they are nothing like what is in the picture and there is a total of 8 stems your pictures are really false advertising very dissapointed a very dissatisfied customer

Flowers were sent to my elderly mother from my sister in New Zealand. They were broken, wilting and nothing like the Strawberry Sorbet in the photo on the website. On complaining to the email address I was told that because I am not the recipient or the ordering client (who is in NZ) they couldn’t help me, even providing a phone number was no good as they couldn’t ring my mum as it’s not on the order! No way are these worth the money. There were 9 stems in total, the roses (5) wilted before they came out. The alstroemerias are nice but no way does it look like the photo, more garage forecourt!

They were not like the advertised picture. I have seen bunches in supermarket for £5 that were better. Will not be recommending then to friends or family or using again.

If you are going to advertise, with a picture, a full beautiful bouquet then that is what you should deliver. The flowers that were sent looked like what you'd pick up at the petrol station. I have already contacted customer service who were quick to give me a 50% refund, but this doesn't alter the fact that the flowers that were sent were embarrassing to me. If an order goes through for a Summer Love bouquet, then why isn't the florist putting together a Summer Love bouquet instead of using a few flowers that come in that bouquet? Quick delivery and quick response from customer service doesn't make up for the fact the flowers were poor and I won't be using you again.

Very unimpressed - I ordered Sunny Glow and my friend sent me a picture of what looked like half the amount of flowers on the website's picture. They did arrive on time which I supposed was something! And I did get a 25% refund but would rather have had a decent bouquet.
