Flowers, chocolates & ribbon ordered 28/08/2020 for postal delivery 04/09/2020. As of today 07/09/2020 nothing has been delivered. I expect either a full refund or the order completed and delivered in the next 5 days. I have used your service on many occassions but this may be the last!

I am SO very disappointed ☹️ Flowers look nothing like your picture!! The flowers were HALF the size of the picture UNLESS you rectify the situation I will never order from you again I feel badly let down

I’m Very disappointed as the flowers have still not arrived, these were suppose to arrive on 1st September it is now the 5th September and they were for someone who has suffered a family bereavement

The sunflowers arrived practically closed, thought they just needed some sunlight but in just a few days they are practically dead. Very disappointed.

Very dissatisfied, ordered Friday for delivery Saturday paid £4.99 for this service and the flowers arrived today Tuesday, looked nothing like photos possibly because they were half dead, customer services really did not help resolve this, hence the bad review, gave them a chance to rectify, no chance, waste of money will definitely not use again

I flowers ordered to arrive Saturday 29th August arrived today limp and nearly dead my 98 year old Mother in Law very disappointed they were for her birthday.

Delivered 2.5 days after the date requested. Recipients going on holiday tomorrow so the flowers will be dead on return so as you came highly recommended from a friend will not use again.

With our Royal Mail deliveries we do advise that there is a 95% chance that your gift will arrive on the selected date, however, there is a small chance that it can arrive the following working day. This is in line with the delivery information provided in our catalogues and on our website. Due to the Bank Holiday, the next working day would be Tuesday 1st September. I’ve never had a bad order of flowers before but the last one I had delivered to my Aunty was really poor,no flower food in it,the flowers were just put in the box no wrapping or anything but when I sent an email to them they refunded my money no problem what so ever and I’ll still keep using them.

I have ordered strawberry charm letterbox 25/08/2020 . My order reference number is 10003761837. What we have received was not acceptable not close to anything similar on website. Please see the ayyached photos for what is delivered on 27/08/2020. I'm not happy with this. Please investigate....this is not acceptable.

Not the best bouquet. Can’t even call it that. More of a posy. Felt sorry for my friend on her birthday as she had to put them in with other flowers as there was nothing to them

Disgusted ..some flowers wilting . Some leaves dead . Some still in bud but half petals missing ... Real disappointment for girlfriends birthday ...

What was delivered was very different to what was ordered in size Very disappointed Complained and response was we send buds so they last longer ???? Wouldn’t use them again
