Flowers still not delivered, 2 days after delivery date. Very disapointing,no refund from company as this is acceptable under Flying Flowers terms and conditions.

Firdt time ordering, and I was not happy. The flowers arrived 5 days after placing my order. They looked very pale and some of the stalks were broken. Never ordering again.

You were unable to deliver the greeting card I ordered for my wife, and to make it worse you telephoned and told my wife about the forthcoming delivery of flowers which was meant to be a surprise.

Wanted letter box delivery...they were left on door step. Not received on nominated day.Only by chance they were found due to security camera. Luckily flowers were revived. NHS worker working odd hours......why letter box delivery suited. Very disappointing service

Ordered 2 lots of flowers on 26thsept 1 lot delivered 2nd lot still not recieved have emailed but not recieved any answer.

I ordered these flowers well in advance of Sat 24th for my Cousins’s 90th birthday as The Rhondda is in lockdown and I couldn’t take them myself. How disappointing to discover they didn’t arrive till 26th

i ordered flowers and they still havnt arrived and it was really inportant that they did as they were to let my friend know am thinking of her as her father is very ill

I am not happy at all. The flowers that I looked at online compared to the flowers received. 2 total different things they looked as though they were worth £6.00 from Tesco I will not ever purchase again from this company

Lovely flowers but v small quantity, definitely much much smaller than shown on website and first stems needed chucking out after 3 days. Only 2 stems left after a week. Would not order again.

I ordered these for a cousin who was very ill.....infact she died 3 days after this delivery was due.....I mistakenly put the wrong number of the house and they were refused by the house owner. ( verified by another relation] The post office would therefore have returned the flowers and chocolates to flying flowers surely......yet I as not contacted.....hat a waste of money!

DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL. MY MOTHER RECEIVED HER DEAD FLOWERS A WEEK AFTER BOOKED AND PAID FOR AND SHE INFORMED ME THAT IT LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD BEEN IN THE BOX FOR A WEEK. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. I WILL BE GIVING YOU FREE PUBLICITY AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY.

Really disappointed with the flowers that were delivered to my friend for her birthday. She reported that some of the stems were dead and others were not much better when they arrived. The roses were the only flowers of quality.

I purchase the flowers because on the description it said delivered hand tied i.e: not letterbox style. I was shocked to see when they were delivered in the letterbox style. I was disappointed with the purchase
