FLOWERS ORDERED BUT NEVER DELIVERED. No message to say that they had not sent the flowers, but happy to take the money. What a con trick is that.

I paid for extra for dpd courier and on the day of delivery was told they couldn’t deliver on time and would have to be sent by Royal Mail and may not be the day required. I was so disappointed that they did not arrive on the correct day as I had ordered them with 5 days notice. Although I had the delivery refunded it does not compare to the disappointment of the late delivery.

I have just spoken to the recipient. Some rises were dead on arrival on Wednesday and today the bunch had to be thrown away as the rest if the flowers were dying. It was only 2 days after arrival... I am so upset and angry as they were for my mother in law in a home who I am unable ti see because if covid.

I ordered two bouquets for two different people. One boquet was lovely and the other was very poor. The flowers were not fresh and my mum was very disappointed.

Rubbish! They didn’t look like the picture at all. There was hardly any flowers and some were broken. I complained and they were reluctant to give me a full refund! Eventually I got a measly 25% refund! There are better flowers at a petrol station. Do not use them!

Well the flowers arrived with the box crushed and the flowers damaged not dropped off at the apartment door ! My friend has had a stroke so I opted for the arranged bouquet not the letterbox type I normally order so I guess the postman takes better care with diliverys . A sad end and embarrassing end to what was supposed to be a nice "surprise " for a very dear friend who I'm unable to visit in these times Angus Anderson

Very disappointing delivered to my daughter a day late very limp and dehydrated not a bit like in the picture . An expensive mistake .

With our Royal Mail deliveries we do advise that there is a 95% chance that your gift will arrive on the selected date, however, there is a small chance that it can arrive the following working day. This is in line with the delivery information provided in our catalogues and on our website. Once delivered our letterbox flowers will need a really good drink and should perk up and start to bloom. Flowers arrived half dead and was missing the chocolates I ordered with the flowers. Despite these being postal flowers, they were not posted through the letterbox.

Very very disappointed with the flowers and the lack of aftercare service, on e mailing the company twice to complain about a bouquet I had delivered which were of very poor standard , Needless to say that I will not be recommending or ever ordering from a company that can't reply to a simple e mail. The date which was given flowers didn’t reach . Next day of the birthday my daughter in law got them. It’s so bad this was her 40th birthday . Next day she got card and flowers . I think I did a mistake ordering through you.

Unfortunately very disappointed - the box was delivered upside down the seal on the box was broken the chocolates were missing and the flowers damaged and this was due to the delivery service.
