Very dissapionted nothing like the picture also withered very quickly won't be ordering again

I ordered the flowers in good faith to arrive on Sept 19, as your advertisement. Please make it be clear before ordering, that the flowers may not arrived next day, other in very small misleading print. This order has caused me much distress

I was very disappointed with the flowers sent. In previous deliveries, thanks and pictures sent, I felt it was worth the money spent. This time, my daughter was with the recipient of the flowers and she was quite taken aback with the poor quality of the flowers.

I gave the company more than a weeks notice to delivery flowers on a certain date and paid extra for this service. The flowers were left in the depot for 48hours and delivered 12 hours late. Also the wine I purchased to go with the flowers were also not delivered. Very poor service.

Nothing like the picture in fact pretty poor was gutted as they were for neighbour who's husband is in hospital

Ordered birthday flowers for my sister. She got something entirely different to what was advertised . Scanty bouquet which you could buy from Aldi for £3! I made a complaint . Sent them photo of what was ordered and the delivery and they rectified it by sending the same scanty bouquet again . Really disappointed . Not using them ever and posting reviews in other places . I was so embarrassed by what my sister received ... she said it’s a nice gift and I knew she was saying that to please me . Please driver what you show on your website . And make sure you give people what they paid for . A very disgruntled customer

Although the flowers were reasonably priced the website I clearly misleading to how the bouquet looks, couple of the flowers were already dying after 2/3 days when they should be guaranteed for 5 days, if I could post pictures of what my wife received and what the website advertised you’d be amazed

Flowers arrived Saturday morning and for the 2nd time a disgrace and could not be used, I think you should look into your suppliers to Aberdeen as both times flowers have been wilted and broken

I am very disappointed with my order the flowers are dead all ready and really poor standard. There where only a couple of flowers. That's 3 bunches of flowers I have ordered 2 lots of flowers in 1 and the yellow flowers on there own really disappointed quality

Flowers have been received and a picture has been sent to me. I was really disappointed on how they looked and the friend that paid half of the cost with me couldn't believe had sad they looked. She has used Flying Flowers several times and has always been extremely pleased with previous orders. If you wish to see a picture of them I will be happy to send it to you.

The so called bouquet cost me nearly £25 and I saw it yesterday. What a load of rubbish! They were nearly dead and so small. I’ll never order from this company again

Flowers were a disgrace. The worst bunch of flowers I have ever received. They were ordered Friday and arrived today. Almost dead. I would never recommend you to anyone

I ordered flowers last week to be delivered on Monday 7th September and todate they have not arrived - I am very upset as it was my daughter's Wedding Anniversary.

Very disappointed with this order. Sent to my mum for her birthday. Flowers arrived very droopy and lifeless. Not really picked up after being in water. Will reconsider whether I order from flying flowers again.

I sent the flowers as a gift & was very disappointed with the image of dehydrated flowers I was sent when they arrived. However a couple of days later they do look more like the image on your website.
