The flowers were ordered, in good time, for a gift to mark a special occasion. To be delivered for last Friday. The money was taken from my account. 3 days later the order still has not arrived. This is highly incompetent service and to put the blame on Royal Mail despicable. I am hugely disappointed.

As a norm your flowers are really good, but this time they were poor very poor and not as shown on the web site. Rather disappointed this time. I got a full refund after sending a photo of the delivery.

The flowers arrived on Saturday, 2 irises opened on Monday. It is now Wednesday and the remaining irises haven’t opened and are turning yellow. Great delivery service but very disappointed with the quality of the irises 1st photo is Monday, 2nd is Wednesday

The seal was broken when delivered. Very disappointing was a gift and embarrassing when opened. However having been in water 24hrs, the Alstromeria is still dead and large Carnations brown on edges.

We have used flying flowers for many years and have been very happy with the quality of product and service. We saw the bouquet and were very disappointed as the roses were passed their best and should not have been sent in such a poor condition. It was our daughters birthday gift and on this occassion Flying Flowers let us down.

I was on a Skype call when my friend received the flowers, I was embarrassed to see the size of the bunch of flowers as I order the medium bunch but the amount of stems was a mere handful, very disappointed. I would like something back as the cost did not match the item at all
