Flowers were ordered on Wednesday 17/6/2020 for next day delivery on the 18th of June for my friends birthday. Flowers did not arrive until today; Monday, 22nd June. I spoke to my friend and she said that they were in very poor shape! I had sent two emails to Flying Flowers customer service and still have had no answer. I am very disappointed as I've never had any problems in the past! 😠

Flowers and chocolates were not delivered on the date as per the order confirmation. When I contacted them several days later, they said they were lost in transit and they would issue a full refund, no offer was made to send them out again to rectify the issue. More than a week later the recipient contacted me to say she had received a parcel from Royal Mail with a box of DEAD flowers (but no sign of the chocolates) so I've no idea what went wrong there but they obviously hadn't even got the initial order right to begin with (i.e. no chocolates in the box)!

So disappointed flowers did not arrive when they were supposed to. They arrived THREE days later and when they arrived the blooms are opened out. This was supposed to be a birthday gift. Very disappointing. Will not be using this service again.

They didn't arrive. I left emails and finally asked for REFUND. Hopefully that will arrive as promised. My daughter's birthday treat ruined.

Disappointed! Overpriced, you can get a better bunch in the supermarket for half the price! Website photos are misleading!

Very poor indeed.I got these for my partners birthday.I paid £28 pounds for a very small bunch of flowers.The flowers are stood in a vase next to a bunch from Aldi which cost £5 pounds and are far superior.I will not be using your service again or recommending you

I ordered next day delivery on Friday 12 June and paid extra for it. Apparently I should have ticked for Saturday delivery which is the same cost. Because of this I expected the goods to be delivered next working day which was Monday 15 June. It is now Wednesday 17 June and the gift has still not been delivered. The money was quickly taken from my account on 12 June. Very disappointed with Prezzybox - received a very curt reply initially to say my delivery time was stated on my order. I have now asked for a refund as they have my money but the goods have not been delivered.

Very disappointed that they didn’t arrive on my nieces birthday! If I select the 12th as a delivery date that is when I expect then to arrive. The delivery method is not my concern. The quality wasn’t as the photo either.

The bouquet should have arrived on the Friday, they arrived on the Saturday late afternoon and were damaged. Not impressed.

I paid for a next day delivery as my friends brother died and she never received them :( so upsetting, I emailed them and they said " so sorry cant believe this has happened we'll give you a refund but still no mention of where my order was !!!!

Flowers not delivered - correct address one letter incorrect in postcode. With correct address I would have thought a bit of common sense should have been used.
