“Customer service is amazing. For example, we were a few transfers short on a rush tshirt order. We called customer service and they had additional transfer overnighted with no questions asked. They are top notch.”

“Have ordered several times. They claim next day ship out for most of their products which I have always ordered but their orders don't ship for over a week most of the time. I ordered June 19 and it was shipped June 28 and delivered June 30. Not timely enough for using for a small business. The transfers always transfer well and look great. Any issues I have had in the past, they fixed right away but the shipping is misleading when they tell you next day ship out. :(”
