“Ordered 35 transfers for an order, so far I have had 30 people reach out upset that the print cracked after one use, and I’m sure I’ll be hearing from the last 5 any day now. Huge loss having to reorder shirts and spend time printing to try and make it right. Hard lesson learned.”

“Quality is very good. Pricing is straightforward and excellent in SOME cases. Timing and customer service is acceptable... sometimes great and sometimes not so great. Over the phone was decent, but still didn't get resolved quick enough. Via email, customer service was terrible - non-responsive.”
