“My transfers looked really good when they arrived. However, they are not applying well at all. The paper edges of the graphic keep pulling up when I try to peel the paper off. Once I start peeling (the edges are already messed up), the paper backing does not release and starts to tear, leaving at least half of the paper stuck on the shirt. Of course I followed the instructions provided exactly. Heat and pressure, peel hot. Then I tried other variations just to see if I could fix it. Nope. All my shirts so far are a total loss. Very disappointed. I reached out for help and they reminded me to follow all the instructions. They sent me a link for the instructions for review. None of it helped.”

“Would be excellent except for some reason they closed down their ready made template program that I used for 10's of thousands of transfers. Now I have to be an expert in corel draw or some other confusing program to make a design or I have to hire someone to create it for me. Why any company would stop doing something, that's working fine, that makes customers lives easy, only to make people who use your website now have to do things entirely different, more costly, way more confusing and more time consuming. Plus I can no longer access the designs I used to use! It absolutely baffles me”

“Excellent turn around time, competitive prices and great quality. The only improvement I could suggest is more color availability. Otherwise, my favorite place to order transfers!”

“Hey! The print we were sent came out great. And the shipping was really fast. It took us a second to get the design we wanted, cause it took a few days to get back with us on an edit we had, but I've other than that the customer service was great.”

“I had the best experience possible due to the help of your support member Kate E. She went above and beyond and did me right by my project when the support teams kept bouncing me back and forth.. I will only be contacting Kate E moving forward on projects as she is a Star model employee and others need to follow her steps in customer support. As she was the ONLY member to actually help me!”
