I was on the phone on hold for over an hour, and chatted online for an hour and still could not get my questions answered regarding pricing for DTF vs Fashion vs Athletic transfers. I have worked with this company for a couple of years and because of this, Edward stopped trying to help me so I could put in an order of several hundreds of dollars with this company.”

“I’ve ordered a number of transfers from FM expressions and generally, I’m pleased with them however, this last order the images were jagged even though the image I sent was not. So I’m not very pleased with it.”

“The quality and turnaround time is great. would have been 5 stars if there was not a setup charge for repeat orders when the artwork file is in their system and the order was for two seperate prints of 200 pieces. Also on a one color design if you want the same design (one black & one white) you will get charged for 2 setups. I understand setup charges when there is multiple colors. When I used to do screenprinting, I did not charge a setup fee for different color prints, just cleaned the screen to change colors and on large quantity orders I waived the setup fees.”
