“I put an order in on dec 13th .e mailed to cancel order next day the email was received by you and you still sent the order a week later I paid £3 99 postage and was not prepared to pay to send it back Your customer service is non- existant”

“Easy to order, bit worried when it was only despatched 22 Dec when I'd asked for delivery between 18 and 21 December. Fortunately, it arrived in time for Christmas.”

“Ordered on 16th of December. Guaranteed delivery for Christmas. Estimated delivery 20th-22nd December. Shipped notification 23rd. Yodel couerier. 26th December Yodel tracking service says parcel out for delivery. Parcel never arrived. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.”

“Very tasty meal which took only a little preparation. Good instructions included. As it was a Christmas dinner for 2, I was disappointed that no pigs in blankets or stuffing included and, other than masses of red cabbage and plenty of cauliflower cheese, I'm not sure it would have been enough to feed two adults. But that said, extremely tasty with a great quality to it. Good value for money when considering packaging, quality and well thought out instructions. Many thanks.”

“Very interesting you’re asking me for a review when the order hasn’t even arrived yet..?? It was supposed to arrive by the 20th December in time for Christmas as they were gifts and I thought they were great finds… but I’ve had to leave 2 people disappointed as their gifts haven’t arrived in time. Seriously makes me look AWFUL! So thanks Fodabox, next time you ask me for a review, make sure the order has arrived.”
