“So far I cannot tell you because the guaranteed Christmas delivery hasn’t taken place, and the emails I have sent to the support team chasing it up have gone unanswered. So your automatic email prompting me to write a review is ill timed as the hamper I ordered is still to be delivered.”

“I put an order in on dec 13th .e mailed to cancel order next day the email was received by you and you still sent the order a week later I paid £3 99 postage and was not prepared to pay to send it back Your customer service is non- existant”
