“Ordered the Curry/lager box on 13th Dec and paid £4.99 for quick delivery. Told would be here between 15-16th Dec. By 20th still not arrived. Left lots of Emails (all unanswered) finally got through to someone on the phone who said the 2 items I had paid extra for in box were out of stock. I said if they had told me I would have cancelled those 2 extra items. Finally got my goods on the 23rd Dec to late to give the person I had bought it for as won’t see now til after Christmas !!!! Good product but very poor customer service. Still not had reply to any of my emails”

“Order 1000337181 I ordered a pub quiz box and 5 beer for one boxes. I ordered on 11th Dec with delivery estimated at 13/14 Dec. I received part of the order, the pub quiz box, on 21st. I contacted fodabox by email and was promised delivery of the missing parts of the order by 23rd. I am still waiting. I don’t suppose they will arrive for Christmas.”

“I was accidentally my sent the wrong item but the response was amazing. Correct order arrived with 24hrs and was told to keep other item. Couldn’t fault the service and the liquorice is delicious.”

“Unfortunately my parcel went astray & couldn’t be found, but, they were on it straight away & issued me with a refund, hasn’t put me off using them again, if anything, it’s made me realise that the service they give is second to none, highly recommend”

“Very disappointing experience, though appreciate the issue may have been more to do with the World of Zing rather than FodaBox. Placed an order for a Xmas present and was advised it’d be delivered 16-18 Dec. By 21 it hadn’t arrived so I chased it up to be told it hadn’t been dispatched. Fully understand these issues happen, but despite my request to post it out on next day delivery, there was no willingness to do anything at all to get it to me before Xmas day. I was just told next day deliveries aren’t reliable and the earliest they could get it to me would be January. Had to go elsewhere and accept a refund.”

“Bought my gift on the 13th of December. Says 3-5days delivery and still hasn’t arrived, It is now the 23rd of December. I Cannot see it Turing up before the 25th. Very disappointed as it was a Christmas present. Website says guaranteed delivery before Christmas if ordered before the 17th, I am not very hopeful for anyone who ordered anything after me. Will not be ordering again and will be wanting a refund if not delivered”
