“Not up to standards wasn't delivered on time and my mum didn't have a Christmas present due to the parcel not being delivered on my stated delivery date which fodabox which I even paid extra for!! Also said that they would be able to deliver by the 22nd now after Christmas still not received a very upset customer and I won't be ordering again!!!!!”

“I didn't actually see the box as it was a gift for our daughter and her partner, but we received a phone call from her saying that they were absolutely knocked out by what they received. It arrived dead on time and was packed with quality items. Our daughter and partner commented that it was probably the best hamper that they had ever received. We're well pleased and will certainly use this company again.”

“Very impressed. Ordered the rainbow cheese selection, but wanted it for a Christmas present so asked if I could place the order so it wasn't sold out but if the item could be delivered nearer to Christmas so the produce was still fresh - they were very accomodating. Thank you!”

“Must’ve been a difficult transition for these amazing folk when they moved over to Fodabox/BoroughBox with Christmas on the horizon. Service excellent. Quality goods - and smiley children with vegan goodies for the holidays. Vegan covers all their allergies/food sensitivities and is perfect to be able to treat them without worrying they’ll eat something that doesn’t agree with them. Well done Team, you’re worth your weight in gold 😊”

“Appalling. Late yesterday fodabox informed me that my gifts would not be delivered in time for Xmas. This was after chasing up. Too late for me to shop now. No gifts to give on Xmas day. Devastated and anxious now.”
