“Great British products accessed from an attractive website. I’ve only experience of one seller, the superb Kent Crisps and Oils, but their service in response to orders placed through BoroughBox is excellent, with very rapid dispatch and excellent communication. An early issue I experienced with orders arriving in damaged packaging seems to have been fully resolved and they have now been arriving in perfect condition.”

“I bought a box of tea. I'm fairly poor and it wasn't to drink, it was to give as a present. Unfortunately I hadn't guessed that the box would be quite... grocery-like on the outside? The box was also a little squashed from shipping in a bag rather than a box, and some leaves fell out when I opened it. I was disappointed with the presentation and shipping, even though the order smelled incredible.”

“Excellent service ⭐️ I contacted Borough Box as I wanted to buy a gift box but there were a couple of items in it that I knew the recipient wouldn’t like. The person I dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful, immediately offered to exchange the items for alternatives of the same value. Fast delivery, nice packaging and great quality items. Highly recommended.”

“i was given a voucher from work to pick from the options available, hardly anything was available to order for the amount i had without adding extra money. The choices were not really for me and when i received the delivery it was not worth the money, it tasted horrible, the food was something i had never tried before and wont be trying again, i had a beer option and have never tasted anything so bad, maybe me but i wouldnt recommend anything from here.”

“The order was delivered with some delay(was expecting in 3-4 days, it took 8-10 days) and there was no communication on the delay. I wrote couple of mails to support team(both Boroughbox and the merchant) but there was no response. I'm glad, that my order was finally delivered.”
