“Very disappointing experience, though appreciate the issue may have been more to do with the World of Zing rather than FodaBox. Placed an order for a Xmas present and was advised it’d be delivered 16-18 Dec. By 21 it hadn’t arrived so I chased it up to be told it hadn’t been dispatched. Fully understand these issues happen, but despite my request to post it out on next day delivery, there was no willingness to do anything at all to get it to me before Xmas day. I was just told next day deliveries aren’t reliable and the earliest they could get it to me would be January. Had to go elsewhere and accept a refund.”

“Bought my gift on the 13th of December. Says 3-5days delivery and still hasn’t arrived, It is now the 23rd of December. I Cannot see it Turing up before the 25th. Very disappointed as it was a Christmas present. Website says guaranteed delivery before Christmas if ordered before the 17th, I am not very hopeful for anyone who ordered anything after me. Will not be ordering again and will be wanting a refund if not delivered”

“Bought this as a gift for my foodie son, it was great. I was concerned that it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas so I emailed the company. I got a reply straight away to reassure me. And as promised the box arrived that day. Highly recommend.”

“Good communication and efficient service. As I was buying the cheese selection as a gift it would have been useful to have been able to chose a delivery day rather than have it turn up days in advance. The packaging wasn't very discrete as it showed cheeses were inside which spoiled the surprise for the recipient”

“Been an excellent way of finding healthy Xmas presents for a couple of my very health conscious friends. Thanks fodabox. I have had an issue as only received one parcel when ordered two.
