Delighted with the 3 Indian spice tins delivered recently. They arrived when expected in perfect condition with 9 quality spices in each tin & each contained a hand written thank you card within, which was a lovely touch & appreciated. I bought them as gifts & couldn’t be happier.

I paid to have a £100 box delivered on the 23rd to my daughter which Fodabox totally ignored and delivered a week early

The item is obviously top quality, little to much herbs for my taste, but was high quality. The item was billed for next working day delivery for £7.95, it arrived 3 days late. The package it arrived in was so over top, large cardboard box with a closed cold box inside for a 400g sausage, it was disgraceful. Would I order again ? No….delivery charge and late arrival is not acceptable.

This was the first time I had used Fodabox and the service received was great. The goods were delivered when they were supposed to be delivered. The glass bottles were packaged safely and to high standard and the delivery person was very polite. Overall very good service and will use again and recommend to friends

Cannot comment on the contents taste as hamper was a present but packaging left a lot to be desired, hamper contained packets of crisps which were crammed in on top and resulted in them being more like dust than crisps.

Bough two gin glasses, but unfortunately, the Gin glass had a bubble in it. Turns out my order was with Vermacity via the Fodabox marketplace, but only Fodabox have responded and not Vermacity. Im two days away from Christmas and stuck with a faulty Gin glass and no response from the seller. Will never use Fodabox again.

We bought a cheese and charcuterie hamper in November, booked to arrive as a present near Christmas. Delivery went well, despite Omicron problems, and customer service responded brilliantly to the slight blip. The hamper was kept in chilled storage throughout delivery so arrived safely. Recipient extremely pleased with the contents!

Bought as a present for my B-in-L. Content looks good. Packaging was not good, there was a big rip in the box I was supposed to gift it in and a big grease mark on the inside of the lid. Had to re-package it.

Lush box with lush gifts! I opted for the gluten-free pies which were delicious, they tasted better than your average gluten-free selection from an average supermarket. Would purchase the gluten-free options again at some point, as you need to purchase a certain amount for it to be delivered.

Very poor - I ordered 3 Christmas hampers for 3 work colleagues which was a disaster. 1 hamper didn’t arrive and another had the gift message for the colleague who didn’t receive hers (even though Yodel said it had been delivered ) Also no way of speaking to anyone just an email address but no response as of yet. I really wish I had stuck to vendors who can be trusted as I am now left looking silly and embarrassed as if it was my fault. At the same time I also sent a similar hamper to my niece and not yet sure if she has received it. I would not recommend and encourage you to stick to well known vendors.

I expected a presentation box but got a plain box. I paid £38 and when I added up the items it was £25 worth. So I was not pleased and feel I have been mugged off. I will not buy from you again or recommend you.

I can't review the product because 10 days after ordering it still has not been delivered and support have been useless. I can review the delivery service by Yodel and it's rubbish. Why anyone uses Yodel I'll never know but the fact is my delivery is local but I can't collect it, the courier company can't find me despite me providing a business address on a trading estate, we've been here nearly 10 years and Yodel have been here hundreds of times in the 10 years. It's now 6 hrs after my last email to Foda Box support and still no response, given tomorrow is the last possible day to resolve this or put a resolution together to resolve it before Christmas I'm shocked that this company isn't doing more.
