“Certain things that I order from you are twice as much as on Webstaurant Store. I only continue usig your service because of the option to use Afterpay. I really would not shop with you otherwise.”

Thank you for the feedback. like many other stores, we are being hit with increasing costs as well. We hate to do it, but on occasion, we do have to raise prices. As the economy improves, we hope to be able to reduce the price not just on this product but on any other product that saw price increases due to high inflation.

“I ordered 8 buckets of Brill icing they arrived in the most horrible condition. Poorly wrapped and transported the buckets were dented and hot each bucket came in a torn cardboard box. And expensive too”

“You can do better. The product arrived not frozen as it should. It could have if you would size the exterior box so as not to leave an enormous amount of dead (air) space. Way too much air/space for the dry ice to overcome to keep the product in the correct temperature zone.”

“I tried to order a specific product, I was advised that I needed to order 11 cases to get this item. I ordered 11 cases but received 5 and was told there were no more, even though I ordered the minimum! I requested to order again and was told someone would contact me, I guess that person has been out sick?”
