My order was delivered on time and was satisfactory. However, I encountered an issue during the checkout process. I had entered a code for free delivery, but the delivery fee was still charged. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter through email, I was unsuccessful in obtaining assistance.

Wrong product was shipped to me and it took a month to deliver. Fortunately, I was refunded my money yet this effort took a couple of weeks to occur.

Very pleased with getting country crock plant based whipping cream but the other item I’ve ordered still hasn’t shipped and it’s been months. So I’ve given them three stars for their lack of order pulling times.

My order has been “pending” for 3 weeks without an update and without an update. I called customer service for information a was repeated told she couldn’t hear me well, it was a special order now an I should call the producer directly. I said no, they should, she ended the call. They’ve already been paid. Not happy.

The items I ordered were exceptional. The packaging was super. That being said I simply can't afford the shipping cost. We are a single household and in many cases the shipping is more than the cost of what we would order. My first order was free shipping. I wish we could order from you but it would simply cost too much. Thank you

i would not recommend purchasing in the winter if u live far away . out of 36 cans of pop 8 froze that is my only concern

I enjoy the convenience of Food Service Direct. Unfortunately, nealy every time I place an order my items are damaged and unable to be used for resale. Customer Service is helpful to resolve the issue, however, it's irritating to expect damaged goods then be required to go through customer service seeking product replacement or a refund.

I was very happy with the max cheese Stix, exactly how I remembered them. The chocolate chip pudding cakes, I was expecting them to be chocolate like the picture only they were vanilla with chocolate chips, didn't like them, very disappointed. The orders came earlier then said, which was nice.

This is the first time FSD has disappointed me. It took 3 tries to get the product I ordered in tact and undamaged. You need to seriously review your packing methods.

We bought Mrs. Friday's Sounther Flounder and it is a little spicy for our tasts. We are smothering it with some kind of cheese sauce and that helps. The service was very good, etc. so we're not complaining about that. We'll try a different selection next time. We've used up one bag so far. The fish is great but the breading has a little too much cayane pepper in it to suit us. We will be purchasing again from Food Service Direct, just a different selection next time.

If you have an item on the website that’s is available and or a special order and can NOT get it , then it need to be removed from the the website.
