While I am very annoyed that this order sat unfulfilled for a week after it was placed and I was not notified that the order had been cancelled, when I finally reached customer service, the issue was explained promptly.

We pride ourselves on getting our customers what they need and we are sorry that could not happen here. Sometimes suppliers do not tell us an order is being cut until we receive our final delivery confirmation, usually on the day our order arrives to us. An email should have been sent to you by our purchasing team, I apologize if you did not receive it. We understand how frustrating it is to have an order cut due to the supply chain, we do everything in our power to keep you up to date on the status of your order.

As per the listing items that are considered special order are ordered just for you and can take a little longer to arrive from our suppliers. Got the order ok but I was sure that I ordered the Cracker Barrel bites with Havarti cheese. Instead what I got was the one with two kinds of cheddar. Thanks for asking.

The good - our order of 20 Johnsonville Polish Kielbasa packs arrived on schedule. The bad - the cold pack count was minimal (6) - and the product was thawed out (still cool, but thawed). Had the shipment been one day later the product would have been ambient temp and would have been ruined/returned. You should use WAY more cold packs or use overnight shipping. This is the second time when ordering this has been a problem. Last time there were a only couple of cold packs and we had to return the order. PLEASE spend a few extra bucks on more cold packs to completely pack perishables - add it to the cost of the order. Way better than ruining a couple hundred bucks of meat.

The product was fine. The problem with the payment was a nightmare. I had not ordered in a year. I used the same credit card but it was not accepted. I checked the bank, unlocked the account, and still would not accept the credit card. I had 2-3 direct conversations with Food Service Direct and still they would not accept the card. Very frustrated, so I used my personal credit card to pay for the product. I have never had this issue with FSD prior to this order. I hope that this does not happen next time or I will reconsider ordering product again.

Almist all of the cans were dented up so badly, they were not stackable in my pantry. I have never received any canned foods as badly dented before...at least 19 of the cans. The bavarian Kraut is delicious, but I hope eating out of badly dented cans doesn't affect the product. I guess the box was too big and there was nothing inside to protect the cans.

The products I ordered are trusted, commercial grade icings that I used to work with and I was very happy to have them at home as a cottage baker! However I was given a large tub of icing that was short dated while the other one still has a few months left. The shipping sticker was put over all the i greediest info and the shelf date, thankfully I could see the date through the label, but nothing else. Otherwise I am happy with the icing and the time of shipping.

We sincerely apologize. While we strive to be as competitive as possible our prices are not always as low as grocery stores. Prices on temperature-sensitive items also factor in the price of extra packaging for the items. We have a wide variety of products to fit all budgets. I bought a ketchup pump. It was fine and reasonably priced. I did not expect daily emails. If I need something else I will let you know. I do not want to be your email friend. More is not better.

Unfortunately the dry ice was melted ans 1/4 of the product had melted out. They weren’t able to rush me a replacement for free by my event which was disappointing, but they were able to give me a full refund. The rest of rhe product was soft but frozen enough to salvage and it tasted good.

Good selection. Good customer service. Poor shipping and logistics. Frozen items defrosted 60% of time. Items ordered with 3 week ship time become 'unavailable' after waiting, but no notice given until I request update, and only option is to resubmit and hope they arrive after another 3-4 weeks. That is poor logistical service.

I was very pleased to find the product available with food service direct and they delivered it promptly. However the packaging was a giant unrecyclable styrofoam box. I would not order from this company again for that reason. I have received other frozen products specifically dog food from farmers dog that comes in recyclable box with dissolvable insulation and dry ice- in this day and age eso with an organic product I would like to see an effort to minimize packaging waste.

I would suggest looking up a local recycling plant that accepts this packaging if this is something that interests you. I love the prices and the product is good, however, I think they need to get a new shipping method, at least for parchment paper. My first order showed up completely destroyed, like all of it had fallen out and someone tried shoving it back in. Customer service was great and they sent me a new case that also showed up half destroyed. I didn’t want to deal with another return so I just kept it.

Dogs tasted good. Would have preferred them to be packaged separately. They came frozen all together and ended up throwing half away as we didn't need 48 at one time.

Was very disappointed with the state of the container when it arrived. The styrofoam container was intact but inside, the top to the ice cream container was broken as well as part of the container itself. This was a gift and made for a very poor presentation. The ice cream itself was delicious.

I am a frequent customer. However, on my last order shipment, my order didn't come all on the same day. The order came over the course of 3 days. This made it very difficult to keep up with provided it was a large order. After reviewing my order some items were missing. Thankfully a customer rep sent out what was missing. Point I am trying to make is I would prefer my order to come all at one time.

Please also take into consideration the weekend and if your area has Saturday delivery. If not then since the shipping company does not ship out on Sunday most orders will be delivered the next business day. All order tracking numbers are sent to your email for the order for your ease. Please check your emails for these tracking numbers so you can track your package.
