The value of the product ordered was good. Don't get me wrong the Kozy Shack Rice pudding for whatever reason was not available elsewhere so I'm glad you processed the order but it took like better than three weeks to deliver. So yes the delivery was on time but it was a long time. Otherwise I mean how can you screw up a case of pudding?

I ordered 8 buckets of Brill icing they arrived in the most horrible condition. Poorly wrapped and transported the buckets were dented and hot each bucket came in a torn cardboard box. And expensive too

You can do better. The product arrived not frozen as it should. It could have if you would size the exterior box so as not to leave an enormous amount of dead (air) space. Way too much air/space for the dry ice to overcome to keep the product in the correct temperature zone.

I tried to order a specific product, I was advised that I needed to order 11 cases to get this item. I ordered 11 cases but received 5 and was told there were no more, even though I ordered the minimum! I requested to order again and was told someone would contact me, I guess that person has been out sick?

Box was already open inside the cooler, so I threw away the top portion and kept the bottom, maybe everything was good, just me thinking, have had good service in the past

To be honest the only time I make a purchase at FSD is when an item(s) is on sale and/or has free shipping or when there are special promotions or offers happening. Otherwise most of the prices are a smidge overpriced and the shipping charges are way too expensive.

It took many weeks to get a box of crackers. I had several that were smashed and opened. Also, one package was stuck to the packing tape. I read the ingredients (by Zesta) after I ordered. There are preservatives and things. Wished it could just be flour and salt, mainly.

Package came damaged. Had to throw away 6 containers that were broke open. Also, the expiration date was 3 weeks after I received the package! I will not buy from this company again.
