Product was what we expected. Order was delayed twice. Order number was put into the system incorrectly. Staff was friendly but seemed to struggle with the system.

It arrived a day late and when I asked to cancel, they said no. I explained to them that the only reason I ordered the chowder was because it would be here in time for the event. But then it came a day late.

We have multiple faster shipping speeds to best fit your needs. Unfortunately we were unable to cancel your order since it was already been shipped from our warehouse and transferred to UPS. I do see that your order was delivered within the timeframe given to you on the order conformation. As per the listing page Items that are considered special order are ordered just for you and can take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive from our suppliers. We have over 100,000 items that ship out in 1-2 days! my issue is not with the product itself or the delivery but the packaging. I'm trying to reduce the amount of unrecyclable waste I generate and the six packages of english muffins I ordered arrived in a huge styrofoam cooler, easily triple the size of the muffins. I was happy to find a reliable source for gluten free english muffins, but the packaging is making me reconsider ordering from you again. Isn't there any way you can minimize the styrofoam?

Our order for International Delight 384 dairy replacement portions arrived late for the second time. Now FSD.com has corrected our complete address, so that should improve. But this shipment is comprised of little cups containing a liquid that fails to foam our coffee, which enhances its flavor. Customer Service is looking into this.

Placed an order. My account was debited for the full amount. One month later, no items and nothing from the company on the status. Had to call and find out items are out of stock with no available date. Customer service was helpful but why did I have to call them??

Item ordered delayed till 12/21. Was told my payment method (paypal) wouldn't be charged until item shipped. Not true. I was charged!

As per the listing items that are considered special order are ordered just for you and can take a little longer to arrive from our suppliers. When you place an order with our company you will see a hold on your account for the order total. As items ship out the hold for that item will be released and the funds for that item will be taken. You may see multiple charges from us in your account, but you will never pay for more than the items we ship.

Ordered on a weekend. Order was delayed twice. When package was delivered, the inner package/box containing fish was not sealed. Fish appeared to be ok. Packaged on dry ice. Ice packs were not sealed. After cooking some of the fish on different occasions, the fish is very dry. I believe it may have gotten freezer burn from the dry ice. Not satisfied with my purchase.

Order #1002454388: Although the soups were wonderful and I paid extra for earlier shipping the 4 soup chafers were not able to be shipped on time. Mariah wrote:I am very sorry to inform you the Stainless Steel Soup Station Chafer is not eligible for expedited shipping. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and this has been reported. Once shipped, we will issue a partial refund for the expedited shipping cost paid for this item. I thought it meant it was not shipping. I ordered 4 chafers from Amazon for my event because I needed it by a certain date. I just received the chafers today 11/15/2023. I would like to return it but I was told that you are charging me a 20% re stock fee. WHY? you were not able to fulfill my order on time event though I paid extra. You did refund the shipping but the chafers were important. I hope we can fix this issue being that I am a first time customer.

Well this is my first order and we have not started out on the right foot. I did receive my order in a timely fashion, however it is not what I ordered. So now I get to go thru the whole customer service process to see if they are going to make things right!

Delivery was on time and product arrived in great shape. But wish they would go back to shipping all product in one large box on a pallet instead of each individual box in a foam cooler. Unpacking 15 large coolers take a lot of time and are hard to get rid of.

I was so happy to find this product, but they sent the wrong item. Yes customer service for correction was super responsive and easy to work with for the error. However a week later and I still don’t have the correct product. It took less than 3 days to get the wrong product.
