The only complaint I have is the Chuckwagon sandwiches I ordered. I've only opened 1 box so far and 4 of the 10 sandwiches in the box the top bun was broke. 2 of them pretty bad. The other 2 were broke in 2.

Unfortunately our food did not arrive frozen. They were easy to deal with and quick to get us the refund which was much appreciated. Sadly they were unwilling to pay for overnight shipping that would get the needed food to us in time putting us in a bind to have to re-shop for our food the week of our event. Definitely not ideal and will likely try to keep our event shopping local in the future.

Kinda in the middle with my review. Packaged and shipped I had no problems with. Steak quality was sub par. Every ribeye in the box had more gristle than any ribeye I have ever bought. I have never seen a ribeye that was perfectly round. Like they cut the meat with a 3 1/2" cookie cutter. The ribeyes I buy from the local butcher shop is 10 times better. Your quality sux, your steaks sux, presentation after cooking sux, quality of meat sux. I will not be purchasing again. I did give away most of your steaks to friends and family.

We sincerely apologize. While we strive to be as competitive as possible our prices are not always as low as grocery stores. Prices on temperature-sensitive items also factor in the price of extra packaging for the items. We have a wide variety of products to fit all budgets. My order arrived quickly and safeily, but the new charges of $10 for a singular frozen pack per item is excessive, especially when multiple items are shipped in the same box. There's no need for that many packs, nor to be charged for each pack. Please return to the prior shipping method that doesn't include those excessive charges. Or at least, figure out how many packs are actually needed for a singular shipped box with multiple items and only charge for that.

The cookies are great. The box was delivered open and damaged. Inside the cookies were rolling about. I contacted the company with my concerns and they offered a few dollars off my next order. lol I was a little concerned about tampering or contamination.

The damage specialists in charge of your ticket noted there was only 7 out of 320 cookies visibly damaged in the pictures you submitted. We suggested you to send is another picture to back up our claim of total damage. Since the picture submitted only showed partial damage we refunded accordantly. Two shipments arrived with outer packaging badly damaged...one with inner, insulated box also damaged and product thawing (about 20% unusable). Problem appears to be with poor packaging by FSD (inner box free to bounce around and damage outer box) and not primarily with any mishandling by delivery company.

I ordered funnel fries that arrived frozen as one large block. It appeared they were frozen, thawed, and frozen again. I was expecting individually frozen funnel fries. An individually frozen product allows the purchaser to choose the appropriate amount.

Ordered pork cutlets and half of them were broken in pieces. But the ones that survived were great. Arrived frozen but packing in box was bad allowing product to shift around and break.

I like the company have bought multiple times. All the details like shipping are fast etc. Unfortunately I find that the prices are lower in my normal supermarket for many things. So I will still use them I just can't presume the cheapest.

I liked that the bread dough was delivered and at first look it looked like a great deal. They are actually mini loafs. I have to combine 4our of them to make the same size a regular loaf does.
