The funnel fries arrived and they are delicious, however they shipped several days before arrival so by the time I received them they had been sitting in a box for several days, and were hot. I hope I don't give my wedding guests food poisoning! Also there was many broken pieces upon arrival. Love the product, don't love the delivery process.

Thawed upon arrival boxes were wet but at least still chilled. I put into freezer immediately should be ok to eat.

The freshness of the product was in questionable. I don't want to jump to a conclusion without being sure, but the coding on the product was confusing, and if what I read is correct, the products expiration date had expired back in 4/21. There was no wording I saw that said, 'sell by' or 'use by.'

Service and shipping was awesome. The omelets I ordered were terrible. Now I have 150 mini dry pucks to get rid of.

I got from 16 dozen order about 14.5 dozen, I will work with that. soggy paper stuff. Cold packs do thaw. Eggs good and viable and made it to refrigerator fine. Eggs last long in refrigerator. ;>)

Disappointed that it wasn't packaged better with dry ice in the Styrofoam box insert. By the time I received the order, the ice was melting and coming through bottom of outer box. I guess it wasn't a good idea to order this in the middle of summer. When I opened the Styrofoam I saw that almost half of the cups must have partially thawed and frozen again because they had ice crystals all on them. I spent too much money on this to receive in that condition. I do not plan to order this again.

Pleased with shipping times, but product arrived damaged. I ordered a few cases of buns and many buns had the top layers of crust peeled back and several buns in each bag were completely unusable. Totally torn to pieces. I’m unsure if the dry ice packed in the box was to blame, or the fact that the package needed to ship across the country to me in CA. Disappointed either way

Sorry but I would not buy from again. At least half the cans in the 6 x 4 individually plastic wrapped cans of cat food were dented. Do not feel this was first hand merchandise. The outside shipping box was not damaged.

It took a while before I received my order. Then it wasn't the product I ordered. Reordered the correct item and now its going on 4 weeks and still nothing

The employees that I interacted with were very helpful and courteous. The frozen product that I ordered took too long in shipping and consequently were totally thawed on the first shipment and 60% thawed on the replacement shipment.

Cudahy pre cooked bacon had very small pieces of bacon. Bought Tyson before and received full size pieces. Also supposed to be 10 pieces per sheet but many sheets only had 9 pieces. Printed shipping label next day and waited 3 days to ship.

Your product is good. But your shipping service is not good. The boxes are not seal good, and the product barely gets here cold.

Your shipping info was wrong. I checked your site to see if it had been shipped and it said, "still processing". When I came home the food was in the driveway in 92 degree weather. My philly steaks were thawed but the rest were still somewhat frozen. So the phillys were thrown out. It wasn't until a week later that I got an email saying they were shipped and delivered. Never had this problem before with my order but something went wrong this time.
