It took quite a long time to get delivery. Replys to my emails were also slow. The pans are amazing and I most likely will be back again.

I’m a first time customer so I didn’t know what to expect, I was very excited to find my favorite cake and placed my order, I kept waiting for my shipping notice to be emailed to me but after four days I hadn’t received one, and I kept going online to my account and it kept saying it hasn’t shipped yet, but that evening I received a email saying it shipped and would arrive the very next day, well I was excited all over again, box showed up, when I opened it all the dry ice had already evaporated and the cakes already were thawing out. The only saving grace was that the cakes were delicious, just as I remembered them, so I’m still on the fence about using you again

Hi Thomas, Thank you so much for the feedback. I can see why you would be on the fence. We did have an issue with our shipping notifications going out. Our IT team has been working around the clock to try and get this fixed. It's never fun to have no idea when your shipment is coming. We also recently completed some shipping tests and have made some improvements to the way we ship temperature sensitive items. We definitely hope you will give us another try!

I got my order but it was late, not frozen, and very wet inside. I have ordered from you many times and have been satisfied and understand things are not moving as well because of Covid, but it is a lot of money to have it arrive like that. Just thought you should know.

The product is just as described, but the dry ice bags were all drained and the box was soggy when it arrived. Product was cool but not frozen as it should have been.

First of all I like shopping here but the last two orders I placed in May it took like June and I know things can happen in deliveries but taking that long to find out one is not available then other one damaged, was issued a store credit to find something to the same amount.I’m use to money being refunded not like this oh well that’s the agreement, otherwise it has a lot of choices..

Re: Order#1379047 Placed 2012-5-28 $43.90 deducted from My PayPal on June 4 2021 I placed an order for Tostitos Bite Size Walking Taco Tortilla Chips Product#OT663146 I received DORITO WALKING TACO CHIPS BY MISTAKE 6-7-2021 I called and reported the error to Shante. She was very professional and asked me to send an e-mail of the incorrect product that I received and that I would receive the correct item that I ordered. On 6-13 I re-submitted a picture of the incorrect item via e-mail to Chelsea per request 6-18-2021 I left a voicemail explaining The situation again Jasper responded saying that the order had shipped on 6-4-2021. That is true but That was when the INCORRECT ITEM WAS SHIPPED! Needless to say, I am not pleased with how this situation is being handled. I was so excited to receive the Tostito Bite Size Walking Taco TORTILLA chips for a party on July4 But that has never happened.

Ordered 2 tubs of Acai sorbet. Only one was delivered because the other was destroyed and returned. Very disappointing.

Quick turn around but the cinnamon rolls i bought will not rise like the ones we had at school. I got the exact same cinnamon rolls we use at school.

The Carrier that you chose to ship by has no regard for the packages. The box arrived with the side split. Fortunately the product was well packed with dry ice and arrive still frozen.

I was very disappointed in the service that I received from food service direct. A package that was supposed to be surrounded by ice arrived with the ice having melted. The box that contained the product had totally been destroyed by the water from the ice

I can understand prioritizing orders. Small orders are just as important as long orders. I say this because I had an order for pork chops they were in stock when I ordered them. I check my order later they were out of stock. I believe they were given priority to a larger order. The pork chops are still not in stock maybe the 23 Jun 2021. I still want this order.

I never received an email telling me my order had shipped it just randomly arrived on my doorstep thankfully we were home at the time or else it might have ruined in this heat.. the product was still frozen and fresh and arrived quick which I am thankful for but since it has arrived I’ve received a ton of emails about it including one at 12 am tonight finally saying it shipped with a tracking number a week after it’s arrival and now another being asked to write a review. The food quality and packaging was great the lack of communication until it arrived then spamming emails not so much.

I was very happy I received my order undamaged and intact. The only problem I had with my order was the emails I was receiving about my order were quite inaccurate. I had received my order a day earlier than was forecasted, but my status according to my emails was that it wasn't shipped yet. Three days after I received my order I was emailed that my order was shipped. Food Service Direct needs to be more accurate with your orders status. Other than that I was pleased with my order and would order again with this company.

The item arrived more thawed than i would have liked. Seems to have no dry ice left in shipping container. The top package was thawed. The package below was partially frozen. Concerning.
