I placed my order on 2/19/21 for tofurkey roasts on clearance - did not realize that the product was already expired - the expiration date was 2/10/21.

I used to be able to get the move over butter from Wal-Mart but it was discontinued. I looked on this site for it a couple months ago and the price was $26.95 and then when i bought it, it was $43.95. I am a huge fan of this product. I love it. Was very disappointed I could no longer get it from Wal-Mart. I would love to keep buying it but I can't afford that price. I did get great service from you with easy order placement and fast delivery. Thank you.

I order a liquid drink mix from here ever couple months. I get 6 cartons (Like a milk carton) each time. They are not packaged well and get damaged and leak a lot of the time. I have sent pictures of the damage each time it happens and requested the order to be better protected from shipping damage. Food service direct takes care of its customers and sends us new cartons but better packaging the first time would be less hassle.

Received my product Mar. 1. Packaged well but only cool, not even close to frozen. I immediately put into my chest freezer and will check tomorrow if they’re all frozen together in a lump. I hope not. I love these noodles and can’t get them in my area. I’m from Indiana but now reside in Maryland.

They sent the wrong product the first time, but they accepted responsibility and let me keep the item sent. Eventually, they sent the correct items at no additional charge. Good products (both items) but it took 3 1/2 months to get what we wanted.

Web site has a serious issue with making a purchase as a non-member. I only use Linux and the corresponding Chrome and Firefox versions and have noticed on rate occasion that a website with have problems dealing with whatever subtleties that apparently exist between the Mac & Windows version vs. Linux. I tried to buy using the PayPal checkout about 4 times and it clearly was not working correctly. I finally created an account then the purchase and check out worked. If I had not wanted the large dressing purchase for a special purpose I would not have bothered after the second failure and would not have come back in the future for other purchases.

I could swear I ordered (6) Suja Organic and Cold-Pressured Green Juice Drink, Twelve Essentials, 16 oz drinks and instead I received (6) Suja Cold Pressed Green Delight 12oz drinks. Not sure why that is.

Ordering went smoothly. Delivery was a little confused - order was split in half and I kept getting emails changing the delivery dates. I was not happy with the fact that quite a few of the cans arrived with dented corners and one of the peach flavored cans had been squashed in such a way that the pop top opened and the entire can spilled its contents throughout the case in which it arrived, making most of the cans very sticky. I am not sure I would order again. I did like the availability of so many flavors and I am enjoying tasting the flavors to which I did not have access previously.

Great difficulty in finding Annie's All Natural original Barbecue Sauce but you came through for me AGAIN, second order from you and most likely more to come. A little difficulty in matching up shipping but product tells the tale... Thanks

The item was shipped in insulated box with I assume dry ice bug package arrived thawed, box damp, and dry ice completely gone

Shipping was fast. Disappointed to have bag arrive with a three inch tear one on side with rice flour inside mailing box as well as pine needles?

There are products I use that I can only find on Foodservicedirect. I wish there was a way to change or cancel the orders. There is no way to contact them. I put off ordering and finally placed it only to find they were offering free shipping a few days later. Being as I am buying this personally and not for a business, it would have saved me quite a bit of money.

I like the products from food service direct. What I find a huge inconvenience is that you can't speak to anyone directly. I want to be able to call customer service. They usually only communicate by email, and to takes awhile for them to respond. I find it inconvenient .

Things need to be shipped sooner. My stuff still isnt shipped. I have no idea when I will get it. And charge the account when it is bought. But other than that, it was pretty good.

We ordered 30 LBs of temple meat. It came in one large frozen chunk. I'm going to have to cut it wat saw to portions for a meal. Can we order it with meal portions?
