Very expensive, but if you need it, you can get it. Example, a case of egg whites @ Samsclub is just under $10, with FoodServiceDirect it is $31.95 not including the shipping. Over 3x!

I order a quantity of 2 and the email I was sent says, only 1 was shipped. After waiting 3-4 weeks, I would think I would have gotten an email stating there was not enough to ship or I could choose another product.

I love your products but this shipment the bag of rice flour had a big rip in it .

Some of my items was damaged, the breakfast syrup was so very, damaged had to throw out some of them. Did not return them, the box was damaged too really bad could not return

I like the product and have reordered several times. The delivery time is acceptable right now. I’d give you more stars but The Packaging Sucks‼️ You put 2 cases in one box that is too large and fill the spaces with little bags which never hold up! So the cases bang around in a too large box, the shipping tape can’t stand the strain and has to be redone by the carrier. So the boxes aren’t easy to handle and get dropped. I’ve received cases that leak and have been dropped on the lids, crunching down the tops so they have to be pried back into shape before they can be opened.

My previous orders contained individual wrapped bosco sticks, the items I received are all in one package which makes them not as convenient. And individually wrapped made very easy to heat in microwave.

My second order from you was not satisfactory. I received 10 items, not 12. I also found item cheaper at Costco. I don’t think I will be ordering from you anymore.

I ordered for the first time. I had a challenge finding rice due do people panic buying. I found this website with a google search thrilled to find rice and flour. After I submitted my order I received a confirmation that it was processing. It took sometime before I received an update that items were shipping. Understandable since they warned that a delay may occur due to COVID/high demand. The delay was to only be 1-2 days to ship. It would be nice if they gave an estimated time on the front end of how long it would be take to fill order. Eventually I received an update with UPS tracking number provided to track shipping. Most items received so far in good condition from the packaging. Yet to open. One concern. I was surprised to find the rolls were not in a sealed bag or frozen. The rolls were in a bag folded over in a box, which was in a larger box holding a large Styrofoam container that at one time held dry ice which dried up by the time I received the rolls. They were supposed to be frozen. They were no longer frozen or cold. Will not order refrigerated or frozen items again. Will order other items again. I'm in Ca and didn't realize this company is on the east coast. I would think that since this is their business they would have the shipping thing down. Giving 3 stars since part of the order was fine and other not so much. Over all I am grateful for their service. If not for the rolls, I would have rated higher.
