We sincerely apologize. While we strive to be as competitive as possible our prices are not always as low as grocery stores. We only sell items by the case and do not have a warehouse where we can keep excess. For that reason, we are not always able to get things for the same price as a grocery store can. Prices on temperature sensitive items also factor the price of extra packaging for the items.

There was an error when trying to order online, then when I called to order they let me place the order and then after it was placed the order was cancelled.

Customer service was rude wouldn't help me on zero shipping as it said on app and shipping for one item is way to much

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We work really hard to keep shipping costs low and will take a look at this product to make sure the shipping costs are correct. Shipping costs are calculated on a few things, but mostly the weight of the item and packing supplies. Our prices on temperature sensitive items also factor in the price of extra packaging for the items.

I tried to place an order 4 boxes of chicken and it was supposed to be free shipping it was not so I did not order don't know what the problem was but have a nice if you offered that to me again

I really wanted to give more stars but just can’t because I received an item that expired the same day received (a whole big box of shredded cheese packets that say you can’t freeze them) and another item (a gallon of gelato) had the plastic container all broken and the food exposed to the open air. Everything else was good. Fast shipping and packed really nicely with lots of ice packs. I should have contacted them about it, but it seemed like such a hassle and I was really bummed about it and not wanting to deal with it. Will I order from them again? Idk. Maybe. Probably? I do like their huge selection of foods and especially since they ship to my home and some of these items aren’t available in stores near me. Im still going to try to eat some of the expired cheese and damaged package of gelato since those together were like $200. I hope I don’t get food poisoning. Or I will wait to see if the cheese starts to get moldy and then I will have to throw it out for sure.

I have only bought vegan cheese, from food Service Direct twice. Their delivery is quick, and dependable. Unfortunately the cheese packages, at least 4 out of the 12 packages, each delivery have been moldy. Very unfortunate, packages were closed tight, not expired. Love the unmoldy vegan cheese. Wish I could get a order without mold.

Dairy free cheese arrived without any issues ,however due to the length of time it took to get to us ,and the temperature it has to be kept at the texture of the cheese was not as it usually is. The cheese is basically water logged and will not spread on crackers. We are looking to possibly use it to cook in recipes.

2 cans of the grape juice i received were busted open and leaked on the other cans. Was a bit of a mess, but 2 out of 72 ain't bad, I guess.

We received the products in a timely and well- insulated package and that was good! However, I have to say that the product itself is not as good as the products of the same kind that we bought at Costco. We ordered Michael Angelo's Eggplant Parmisan, and it just doesn't have that great eggplant taste.

I never received my order it says it was delivered dec 24th i wasn't here and when i got home package was not there i spoke to costumer service already

I ordered the Frozen Pancake Puffs. The cardboard box was in a very good styrofoam box. But the ice bag contained no ice and the pancake puffs were completely thawed.
