“Box was already open inside the cooler, so I threw away the top portion and kept the bottom, maybe everything was good, just me thinking, have had good service in the past”

“I bought the Producers long grain brown rice, when I cooked it half of the grains where still very uncooked (raw) while the other half was really soft. This was after more than 1 hour of cooking. I called food service direct about it on 10/8/22 and spoke to a customer service agent but she was very RUDE to me and hung up the phone without resolving the issue”

“I love it that an average person can shop here and get a case of something not available at our local stores. I wait til the free shipping deals and then buy something I eat or something special. The customer service is exemplary too - they really care about customer satisfaction and will answer any questions you have. The return policy charges a lot so be sure you want what you are buying. Other than that (and that's all laid out very clearly), shop away and save money and best of all - get what you can't find in the stores! I live on an island, so this is especially important to me.”

“You sent me the wring product, I had ordered 2 jars and you sent me 2 cases of another product and then charged me $100 service charge, which I am fighting. I wouldn't order any other product from you again.”
