“I've ordered from them twice, both times with frozen items. The first order was in the summer and was late. The food was defrosted and spoiled by the time I got it, but it was the fault of UPS and I got store credit for the full amount. Customer service was great. The second order was placed in the spring and I got it on time and it was perfectly packed and frozen. I really like FoodServiceDirect and will definitely continue to purchase items from them! They have some things I can't find anywhere else and in bulk, which is nice!”

“The best cheese you can buy. American cheese is very hard to find. This cheese has an excellent taste and melts very well. Kraft, Sargento, and grocery brands are horrible. Thank you FoodServiceDirect for making it available to buy online. Got to me quickly also.”

“Our first shipment was delayed by UPS due to weather and the dry ice ran out and the food was melted. FoodServiceDirect immediately agreed to send another shipment which arrived in excellent condition. It's a dessert I haven't been able to find locally in about 2 years and it was very nice to have it again.”
