Order placed 3rd Dec. Money taken 5th Dec by the 10th I had received nothing so I rang customer services, was told my parcel had gone awol, lady reordered for me and said would be put on next day delivery. 13th Dec still nothing rang again to be told yet again my parcel had gone awol, this time told Hermes would not be the courier they used and order would again be next day delivery !! Rang again on 15th to make sure my parcel was on its way, told they would ring me back as she wanted to speak to the warehouse to ask where my order was. I rang back over 2hours later as no one had bothered to get back to me. I asked for a refund as I had had enough of the incompetence of all involved. Have not even received an email to tell me they are refunding my account. It has cost me nearly £9 so far to speak to customer services from my landline phone which you have to wait an age to speak to someone, also on 2 occasions someone answered phone then put it straight back down meaning I have to ring back again costing more time and money, and no doubt I will have to spend more trying to get my money back. No one answers the numerous emails I've sent either.

Did an online order for home delivery via Hermes on 04.12.17. today is 15.12.17 and still no delivery but money has been taken from my account! I've ordered from footasylum previously and had no problems but this was a rather large order for women's clothing and 11 days later still no delivery! Footasylum have confirmed yesterday the parcel has 'gone missing' and that I will be issued a refund in 3-5 working days! Absolute joke, online tracking with Hermes is constantly changing description and has apparently been in transit for the past 6 days! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM FOOTASYLUM AS PARCELS 'GO MISSING'

I ordered on 23rd of November and have not received my order . Firstly I was told it was because I’d ordered on Black Friday and it was busy !! Then told the order was lost by Hermes !!! Reordered to be told it was lost again and not reordered . No emails responding to my enquiries and 8 phone calls later it’s been handed to the refund team !! Absolutely disgusting service and told I couldn’t have a refund because it was lost and I had to wait for it to be found !!! Now I’ve got to hope it gets refunded and sooner rather than later . I’m never ordering from them again . So if you’re planning too keep your fingers crossed you receive your order 😡

Absolutely fucking worthless idiots working at the footasylum outside the bullring. They have no idea what's going on. Not to mention there customer service is total AIDS when you ask them for help they give you the wrong advice and they're just dopes. One of the workers in footasylum was really rude. I asked her for something and she was so snappy. She seemed a little retarded anyways so... Basically do not buy anything from this shop unless you're certain you've checked the item 1000 times as most of there clothing is faulty.

They use Hermes as a courier and the delivery driver faked a signature (it was just a squiggly line) and then took the top for himself. My security cameras showed the driver come halfway up the drive and turn around, and I never received the top. Use the post office as a courier and I will consider using them again to order online but until they do, never again will I order online.

"My 11-year-old daughter uses her brand-new debit card to make her very first online purchase of black and white NIKE AIR HUARACHE ULTRA from FootAsylum. She pays extra for next day delivery, and waits with excitement. They come, she opens the box to find Navy Blue NIKE AIR HUARACHE ULTRA! She checks the box and the order herself, both the box they come in says Black and White and the order is correct. We are advised to take pictures, email them to customer services, then take the time, to return them via our local Asda store, and are reassured it’s a one-off error, we’re very sorry, quality control, stock error, all the right words of reassurance, which we naively believe. A second pair are ordered and despatched 2 days later. My daughter waits in the whole day for them and when they come she rips open to bag, opens the box with a big beaming smile, and guess what………? Yes you have guessed it….they are Navy Blue, with the same error, box says black and white, trainers in box Navy. With my daughter in tears, I call customer services, same thing, must be a warehouse error, very sorry, then to top this off when I ask for a refund, and with absolute confidence, and a degree of arrogance and not a jot or ounce of customer care, the customer services rep tells me I have to take them back to my local Asda, get a tracking number, and only then can a refund be given! Footasylum, not only have you lost a sale, but, a young person who is likely to but many more pairs of trainers in her lifetime and share her experience with her peers of buying from your company. I too would walk past your stores, even if it meant paying more for the same item! Treating customers with downright contempt, and making them work for your twice over error is how other high street retailers have met their demise. I would suggest to anyone thinking of buying from this company to beware, and shop elsewhere. Even if it is their error you will pay with your time!"

Awful. Absolute shambles of a company. I ordered next day delivery and the next day the courier "attempted" to deliver my parcel. In fact, they didn't even knock and just left a card saying they couldn't reach me. I was waiting by the door since the estimated arrival time and I've read numerous reviews about Hermes saying that this has happened before where they've "attempted" to reach the customer. I called up Footasylum to have a word about the delivery service and the woman on the phone tried to blame me, insinuating that it was my fault for not hearing the door. I was by the door all day. She wouldn't blame Hermes but instead put the blame on me. Absolutely disgusting way to treat customers. I will never use Footaslyum again and will never recommend it to anyone I know.

Instore purchase had a faulty pair of air max and terrible customer service, second purchase on line and the delivery address followed the billing address even though i filled out a different address for delivery..... simple things causing customers big problems. i know have to wait 3-5 days to receive my money back before odering the shoes i want. The worst customer service i have experienced so far. At the end of January i ordered a pair of trainers for my boyfriends birthday, after 8 weeks these had developed rips in the seams, so clearly an issue with the product. I contacted Foot Asylum with pictures and they asked me to return the trainers to their address for inspection. I returned the trainers royal mail recorded delivery the following Monday. It had been over 2 weeks and I still hadn't heard anything so I contacted Foot Asylum, they asked me to provide the tracking number so they could locate the parcel. I provided the tracking number and they informed me that this was not a tracking number they would use. Confused, I explained that no this wasn't their tracking number, as I had been told to return the trainers using my own method of postage. They then replied to me telling me that there was nothing they could do as I had't used their returns form. Again confused, I emailed them saying i was never once advised to use their returns form and was told to use my own method of postage. I asked why I had been advised incorrectly, the reply was that i was well within my rights to use my own method of postage if i wanted to. I tried to explain again that I never wanted to pay £8 to use my own method of postage, if i had been told to use the returns label that i already had then i would! They then replied stating again that there was nothing they could do as i hadn't use their returns form. I am absolutely disgusted with this, if i was informed correctly in the first place i wouldn't be in this position now. I can't believe the service I have received and will never be using foot asylum again. I believe they purposely didn't tell me to use their returns label so that they were not responsible should my parcel go missing. I have time and time again offered to send proof of postage so that they can see i sent it, however they are simply not interested as their returns label wasn't used. I now feel awful as my boyfriend has been left without a pair of £100 trainers, that were faulty in the first place and foot asylum have seen pictures of this, and I am unfortunately unable to replace his birthday present. Never received such awful customer service in my life.

Customer services on the help line were totally useless. Bought a Nike jacket online. When it came it had a faulty zip. Told to return the jacket and a replacement would be sent out in 28 days if they verified it was a genuine fault. Ridiculous!!!! Took in to store whee I received a much better service.

Ordered a pair of Adidas from footasylim.com , wanted to return this as the colour was different from what I see online, went to footaslum in silverburn to return, but the store manager refused to accept the return as she said it looks not original! She changelled me with the wrapping tissue paper within the box is a black wrapping paper, normally it a white clear wrapping paper. I asked her to phone up your warehouse as this is exactly what I received. After a phone call to the warehouse she insist to accept the return, and said the pair of shoes looks fake as well to her. So, after all , footasylum online can be selling fake? The attitude of that store manger was not that nice either, I then asked for her name for reference as I'm going to phone up the online customer service regarding on this, she refused to give me her name and said, just say store Manager, there's only one store manager in each store! I was just speechless and have no choice but left the shop.

1.49 out of 5 says it all! They only get that high because the minimum score is 1. Could bang on about their service levels, but better things to do with my time.No retort by their management, reflects the insolence of the owners of this company, my prediction, this company won't be around in a couple of years!

I had the most horrible experience with this company, not once but twice! They are unreliable and part of the staff I spoke with are absolutely rude! The company does not fulfil the delivery standards ( never on time), wrong orders and finally can't update/keep customers informed of what is going on with the orders, specially on such as busy periods like Christmas. I will never EVER shop with Footasylum anymore! Very poor service, very desapointed.

WARNING TO ALL: Please dont purchase anything from these people. Ordered a jacket for my son in law for Christmas, took the money of £80.00 plus a special delivery charge and then received an email day later saying out of stock. Offered me 10% off my next order ( Insult!!) plus free delivery. ( Free delivery comes standard anyway unless you need the item urgent whereas an additional payment will be made for postage. lLets wait and see how long they take to get reimburse. I just wish i reviewed all there comments earlier as i would not have gone with these people.
