This is truly the worst customer service experience I’ve encountered in my entire life. I ordered a Gilet/jacket for my sons 10th birthday, despite having a fair amount of time till the actual day, I payed for next day delivery just to be extra safe it arrived on time. A week passes, and I receive nothing, not even an email or message offering any kind of explanation. I then contact them via email and WhatsApp. Three days later they reply, firstly via email to apologise and state the item never left the warehouse. Shortly after, they respond via WhatsApp, this time stating the item had been lost while in transit. This is where the outright lies began. I was asked at this stage if i would like a refund, or the item to be resent. I explained how it was for my sons birthday, and asked if it could be sent out on next day delivery. It took around 48 hours for them then to reply to me, only to tell me the product had now sold out. Great 👍 They apologised once more and asked if i would like to pick another similar product from their website and they would send that out instead. Great, I chose another similar item, gave the product code, size etc and received a message back saying - Hey there! Really sorry about this! We try our best to reply back as quick as we can! I understand your son won't receive his present on time and I can definitely see how disappointing this will be for him!😭 please reassure him from us that his present will be with him on Monday! I've sent it on Next Day Delivery but because it's a Friday today, it won't get sent out till Sunday! 😞 Monday arrived, nothing came. Tuesday comes, I receive an email saying - We have issued a refund!!! So the message above stating it had been sent out on next day delivery was another blatant lie. Once again my sons hopes were built up, only to be torn back down with deceit and horrific customer care. When I asked what on earth was going on, they sent a further message (well over 24 hours later) stating sorry we didn’t send it, the item you chose is now low on stock. Not sold out, but low, deeming my son somehow not worthy of receiving one, despite their catalogue of failings. The item my son wanted for his birthday is still available online as we speak, and available in his size. This really is the most appalling account of customer service I’ve ever encountered. I have absolutely no idea how such a truly shocking business is still in operation. I will do everything in my power to ensure as many people as possible hear this story, and how they shattered a child’s birthday wish, through lies, deceit, and disgusting customer care.

Bought a pair of trainers and paid for next day shipping, arrived two weeks late and what had arrived was a hoodie, when I ordered trainers. I was also charges 37 euros for tax, which wasn't said when I bought the item. When I tried to get in contact with the company it was so difficult, didn't get back to me for days, and said there was nothing they could do. Eventually I got a partial refund. Overall horrific experience 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I will never be buying from Footasylum again.

Disgusting ‘service’ faulty items to value of £200 returned in Nov, I have sent multiple emails and whattsup chats and got no information or resolution finally today after threatening further action I am now told the items are no longer in stock which they were in December. Absolutely shocking service, never been treated so badly and they can’t blame the current climate either, no contact number available, emails are not getting answered and whattsup a total joke!!!NEVER shop here again!!!

Terrible company paid for next day delivery but they cancelled my order because they were out of stock - they only told me when I chased up to see where the order was - complained but they haven’t bothered to answer my complaint merely some banal excuse if you buy from these people you are asking for trouble

So.my son bought me a coat for Christmas which was to small tried to take it back with all tags on just no receipt for an exchange only son had to rebuild the jacket as the girl at the till who had served him previously for the said jacket said she could not find it on the system which is untrue as all stock has a scu number logged into there system to see what stock they have then to make things worse je bought rhe jacket brought it home with a white price sticker on saying 94.99 when peeled off the correct price is 89.99 this is fraudulent how many other people has this happened to been trying to get a contact number sent emails whats app and no response from either I will definatly not be buying from here again nor will any of my family absolute rip off company I have photos to prove this

Do not trust this company, have taken money from my account 4 weeks ago and haven't delivered the order. Can't get through to customer services and have sent multiple emails. Shocking customer service! Avoid!!!!

The email. confirming order did not have a 'live' link to track parcel. It is impossible to get a response on live chat or via email. No idea if the order is out, dispatched or not.....

FAKE SHOES I HAVE PROOF THIS TIME FOOT ASYLUM SELLING FAKE TRAINERS THIS TIME THEY GOT IT VERY BAD THERE IS NO AIR MAX UNDER THE NIKE 270 SHOE I BOUGHT FOR MY DAUGHTER I THOUGHT THIS FOR 3 YEARS BUT THEN I SAW POOR QUALITY ELSEWHERE SO PUT IT DOWN TO THAT WELL WHEN THESE ARRIED PLEASE LOOK AT PICTURE THERS NOTHING UNDERNEATH!!!!!! TERRIBLE COPY I FEEL LIKE TO CRY IVE WASTED 3 YEARS OF HARD WORKING MONEY FOR MARKET VALUE TRAINERS GUTTED.

I've emailed their Team Email twice now with no response, I asked for my issue to be escalates with a manager and still no response after waiting over a week. This is after I've already spent over £1000 on an order, god knows how they treat small order customers, absolutely dreadful service and lost over a £100 in items because they're not responding.

Got a pair of Nike 270s from the Liverpool, speke retail park and subsequently lost the receipt. When I finally opened the box of the trainers I got for college, I noticed (after being told a fresh pair was being sent to the till, that the shoes were absolutely disgusting! One of them must have been a display shoe! Who even thinks it's acceptable to sell a supposedly brand new pair of trainers like this?? Ate you serious? Furthermore, after trying to resolve this situation the cheek I received from staff in the store and the complaints procedure through what's app is an absolute joke!!! I had to begin my course with basically a second hand pair of shoes that basically everyone and their granny must have had on!! In the midst of a global pandemic where hygiene by government regulation is supposed to be of utmost importance? Seriously? Absolutely disgusting!!!

Worst company for buying footwear and clothing. I would rather go to j.d sports or foot locker ect. They are a joke to how they treat their customers, when we are the people who are keeping their businesses and jobs running. They do nothing but lie to you and talk down to you and laugh at you. Wont go into to much information but go elsewhere
