“Got a pair of Nike 270s from the Liverpool, speke retail park and subsequently lost the receipt. When I finally opened the box of the trainers I got for college, I noticed (after being told a fresh pair was being sent to the till, that the shoes were absolutely disgusting! One of them must have been a display shoe! Who even thinks it's acceptable to sell a supposedly brand new pair of trainers like this?? Ate you serious? Furthermore, after trying to resolve this situation the cheek I received from staff in the store and the complaints procedure through what's app is an absolute joke!!! I had to begin my course with basically a second hand pair of shoes that basically everyone and their granny must have had on!! In the midst of a global pandemic where hygiene by government regulation is supposed to be of utmost importance? Seriously? Absolutely disgusting!!!”

“Worst company for buying footwear and clothing. I would rather go to j.d sports or foot locker ect. They are a joke to how they treat their customers, when we are the people who are keeping their businesses and jobs running. They do nothing but lie to you and talk down to you and laugh at you. Wont go into to much information but go elsewhere”

“Foot Asylum got the delivery address wrong twice, having tripled checked the address entered by myself on both occasions. Dreadful. Ordered from Schuh instead and they got it spot on first time.”

“FOOT ASYLUM has terrible customer service. There is no way to contact them except through what's app and they send one response every 24 hours. The Foot asylum website had an American flag in the upper right corner and they even gave me a coupon code for USA20OFF but when I ordered my size they sent me a UK size which is a size larger than US. No where on the website or in my order did it say the sneakers were in UK sizes.”

“Honestly the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. Have been sent my item in the wrong size twice now despite ordering in the correct size. They stated they had the correct size left in stock but are clearly wrong as they don’t seem to send the correct item and it is now showing on their website that the item is out of stock. Really awful responses to their Whatsapp chat where i’ve had to wait several days at a time for a reply.”

“Ordered a pair of white addidas sneakers and had to pay upfront. That was ok but when I got the shoes it was a totally different order (Nike Air Jordans). I got in touch with Footalylum through email and then hell started. They asked me to pay the return (from Denmark to U.K) after which they would return the amount. I am now two months in and still haven't gotten my money back. They screwed up everything and in the middle of the process I suddenly couldnt write them emails anymore ad their accouints no longer existed. I'm now trying through customer chat but lost all hope. A total distaster that I've never experienced and hope to never experience again. DO NOT USE FOOTASYLUM!”

“This website represents costomers properly, don't know how trust pilot has an average review of 4.1. I ordered Air max on offer (about 30% off) and when they arrived they were.. Infant sized. There was no mention on the website that these were kids shoes and the photos were of REGULAR SIZED ADULT SHOES. Apart from the fact that this company gives out false information, their responses in terms of order confirmation or parcel location is non-existent. Tried to email them asking for a confirmation and they said they would get back to me in 72 hours._. Read reviews first is all I'll say and use PayPal if you can so youll get your money back.”

“They never care, they don’t look after their valid costumers. They said I received the delivery 5 days ago which is not true. I was on the delivery address for the whole day and it says on the tracking that my parcel will be delivered in between 10-12 pm then I checked the tracking again and it’s says it was delivered 15:23 which is not true. I checked and tracked again the parcel and it’s says that Footasylum is getting it back the item to there depo then Footasylum says the item is back from them and then that’s it.. There customers service is hopeless and helpless I think local chicken shop service is better if you ring them someone will answer the phone but this 2 companies Footasylum and Hermes I feel there booth unreliable and they know only one thing to take the money in your account. It happen to me twice and I don’t know why I done again. Even my neighbour same complaints with this two companies. Now we’re planning to file complaints from the British trading standard when their office opens.”

“Very poor customer service, be waiting for goods, track the items was delay for 24hr no reason why and still waiting. Spoke to customer service should of reorder the goods still no goods or email. Spoke to Philip in customer service was promised all items would be reorder on next day delivery plus a refund on a item out of stock but still waiting no order number/ refund /emails . They just happy to take your money.”

“DO NOT USE FOOTASYLUM!!!!!!!! They are scammers. They accepted delivery to wrong address and have not re delivered my purchase. Worst ever customer service and ignored correspondence. 4 weeks later still no purchase or refund. DO NOT EVER USE FOOTASYLUM. Worst customer service ever.”

“Awful. Ordered and paid for an item. No email confirmation, no item arrived. Contacted them through twitter they apologised and said the order had not been processed, full refund provided. However, a month later ive tried again and same thing is happening... No email confirmation. Website also doesn't seem to accept PayPal.”
