I ordered some trainers for my partners birthday next day delivery, they turned up next day fast which was brilliant cant fault there delivery in the slightest. but they were the wrong trainers and were for another customer! So had to send them back and they have given me the right trainers now! Giving 3 stars because the customer service was brilliant and they really helped me, if the customer service wasn't any good they'd be getting 1 star.

Ordered some shoes and got no order confirmation, I tried to contact customer support with no success, it’s like their support team is none existent.. they’ve fully taken the payment and I don’t know if I’m even gonna get my shoes or not. Have ordered from here before with no issues, unfortunately they mustn’t be coping well with the current situation..

My 15 year old son returned a pair of trainers and was refunded on his Metro bank card.The refund has not gone into his account still.They were returned in the 6 October and it is the 12th of November.Card machine mis read his card.Have now been informed by customer service to wait to the end of the month possibly.Was always a regular shopper but this has since changed.Have decided to contact Watchdog.

Very poor costumer service I'm also worried that this company takes your money with no intention of sending your goods meaning people have to communicate with a very ambivalent costumer service who you tell there's been a problem in delivery and would you like a refund whilst they have kept costomers money for some considerable time

Embarrassing service from such a big company delivery never came, when checked tracker it was on it's way back to warehouse. I bought 2 exclusive pair of shoes and cannot explain my frustration. On the other side when delivery comes, the box of the items looks like it's been in a war. This is one of the worst services i ever received from a high street company.

ordred clothes offline. The sizing was very small. Tried to exchange in the store for alternative items but was told, as id purchased offline they couldnt exchange anything so it has to be posted back. All this after id waited 2 weeks for my order that didnt turn up for xmas. Footasylum need to change these silly rule Ill never order offline again

Disappoined that I have return two products worth 200+ pounds and sent on 2st Dec but never heard from them. I have tried to contact customer care and they helped to find the orders already been returned so refund me. But their system does not show received (I have provide tracking number it showes received). Otherwise I will lose 200+ pounds without reason.

Next day delivery worked out fine, and yes refund was hassle free at the shop but after more than a week, we are still waiting for the money back on our card. Contacted their customer service a few days again, confirming that it has been processed but still not receive our refund yet. Never again!

BEWARE OF INCORRECT ONLINE PRICES! I bought two, 'Kings will Dream' items BOTH marked lower on the labels when they arrived. I got a full refund eventually but the prices are still incorrect on the website!!

Delivery was left in my garden which was then stolen out of my garden I requested a refund and was told I won’t be getting one as the delivery was left in a safe place ( next to a bin in plain sight of any passers by not hidden one bit) poor customer service one lady just ended the chat mid conversation won’t be ordering again

I returned a pair of trainers and I didn't get my refund yet!! That happened a month ago. I got an e-mail from them saying: we picked up your return when I called them they said that they didn't receive it. I am going to report this company to Trading Standards.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Returned 3 items, someone in warehouse stole them and then returned my parcel with a dress from PLT. Will not acknowledge someone swapped goods and refund my items. Cannot get same person to respond and call form rude manager, Jack.

I ordered a north face coat costing me £270 in total & was damaged after 5 weeks & nearly 60 emails , they sent me a womens jumpsuit size 14 saying thats what i sent although i have proof they dont! DONT ORDER FROM FOOTSYLUM P8925127

Returned item said I haven’t, stole my money and someone either from Evri or their warehouse stole the trainers I sent back. Customer service were horrible and essentially accusing me of theft even though I have proof of return. Refusing to refund me for an item I sent back

At Christmas I went on holiday to London where I bought new Nike shoes at one of your stores on Oxford st. When I return home to the Netherlands I discover that there is a production error in the shoe. I see that a certain part of the shoe is not sprayed in the correct color and that the edge is white. Now I have sent an email with photo’s and The bank statement to the service department twice to solve this, but unfortunately I do not get an answer to this. I also approached Nike myself but said I really have to be at the store. --- UPDATE 09/01/2024 --- After posting the review, I received a response to the review. I left my email address where requested and sent another email to the store chain. They said they were going to investigate. I am now awaiting an answer from them.
