“During my online purchase experience, it was really hard to distinguish what which selected options ment what. For example, i believe it said filament something... i did not know what exactly that was... also, we actually wanted only one light in our lanterns not dual. I selected the filment option thinking it ment only one bulb option since there is a picture of a single bulb option if you swipe through. Wish there was an actual single bulb option out there as the duals line up with the copper lines and you cant even see the lights.”

“I am in the French Quarter in New Orleans. I have ordered about 10 times, multiple fixtures. I love the fixtures and they look and work great. My only comment is an odd one. When I call and order each time, there is never an acknowledgement or thank you for calling and ordering again. It appears I talk to the same person, but it is a very robotic transaction (but it isn't).”

“One of my lanterns arrived without proper mourning hardware. Thankfully I was able to rig something up for it but it doesn’t look as good as if the proper hardware had been with it. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of returning and reordering.”

“Beautifully finished and styled lantern! Arrived well packaged and with all necessary parts and pieces. Installation was straight forward and easily accomplished. The flicker of the uniquely shaped gas flame is a welcoming and warming sight that we just can't get enough of. Makes me wish I would have gotten two!”

“We purchased the LED flame light, looks more like a Christmas light than flame. Fixture very high quality but not happy with Led, should have purchased candle light instead. Led really takes away from quality look of lantern”

“The lanterns are beautiful & of very high quality. I ordered 8 over a series of 3 orders. One gas lantern was sent instead of an electric lantern. I could not have been more please with the service provided in returning it and having an electric lantern shipped to replace it. The mistake caused me to incur an additional service call by the electricians of $160.00,”
