“I’m a new customer and have tried only a few items. They all tasted fresh and delicious. Canned or frozen green chiles always taste mushy, vinegary or lack flavor. These taste like they’re picked at the peak of ripeness and handled with love and attention. What could be better than that!”

“Love the products. This is my second order and this time I’m trying Abuelas Chile and pozole mix. Love getting recipes online. My college professor daughter does everything from scratch including roasting and grinding her own chiles but Iovr getting authentic shortcuts from you!”

“I've been so hungry for a Green Chili Cheeseburger, like the ones I had in Albuquerque, NM, I live in Pennsylvania and cannot get them. I was finally able to re-create one using your Green Chili Sauce and it was simply amazing. I highly recommend you Green Chili sauce and am eagerly looking forward to ordering from you again in the future, and also trying some of your other products.”

“Made the ChileVerde recipe that was on the website with product bought from The Fresh Chile Company. It was soooo good. I knew they were back ordered and I waited a few weeks and then emailed to see how much longer it would be to receive my order. They were quick to respond and then let me know when my order had shipped which was much appreciated.”
