“My husband loves peppers. We had friends over for dinner. I served the green and the red sauce. Everyone loved it! You have new customers coming!”

“We purchased your product to try your chile verde recipe. My husband was the chief and we were both very happy with the flavors your products gave to this meal. Already sent the recipe to our son.”

“I’m a new customer and have tried only a few items. They all tasted fresh and delicious. Canned or frozen green chiles always taste mushy, vinegary or lack flavor. These taste like they’re picked at the peak of ripeness and handled with love and attention. What could be better than that!”

“I absolutely love your various Hatch chili sauces. My only regret is that I didn't know about your company until a month ago. Have ordered 5 jars and 2 are already gone. Plan on continuing to order. Do wish you could make larger jars!”

“Love the products. This is my second order and this time I’m trying Abuelas Chile and pozole mix. Love getting recipes online. My college professor daughter does everything from scratch including roasting and grinding her own chiles but Iovr getting authentic shortcuts from you!”
