“If you want an incredibly delicious meal with little effort, buy The Fresh Chile Company sauces! No kidding, they are so tasty and so incredibly convenient. I saute whatever protein I am using, open a jar of sauce, thin it with a little stock, water or beer and let it simmer. Dinner is ready in a matter of minutes and everyone thinks I slaved all day. AND their pistachio nuts - OMG, they are the best pistachio nuts I have ever had, salted perfectly and roasted lightly. YUM! Believe me, you cannot go wrong with their products!”

“Very good chili. I believe I've ordered 4 or 5 times this year alone. Quick? Are there expiration dates on the chili once you open and refrigerate the remaining chili.”

“I live in Vermont. I've grown my own chiles. They're good. I've visited New Mexico. During covid, I can't travel anywhere. I buy from Fresh Chile Company and visit New Mexico in my mind. So easy. Sooooo good.”

“So glad I found the Fresh Chille Co on FB ... received my 1st order and was blown away by the flavor and quality of the products I received. Shipping was prompt, notification via email was timely and when received the packaging was awesome. Having consumed half my 1st order, I just submitted a 2nd order that includes a couple gifts and expanding the products I'd like to try. Now I'm salivating in anticipation for the delivery.”

“Love all of your salsas. I've been passing them out as gifts. I made the pozole and oh yes it was excellent. The chile verde is my favorite. I shouldn't have gave that way. Thanks for a great product. Thanks Ronda”

“So far, I've had an excellent experience with the fresh chili company. Bought a lovely ristra, really enjoyed the green chili in a jar and of course Papa's salsa. The customer service is flat out excellent and enjoyable. What else can I say. You won't go wrong. Also, they post some real cool cooking facebook. Nice people.”
