“I love your products. I especially loved the bright red sauce and mama’s salsa was good too. But mostly I love your web site and all the talented people that you are involved with. I love the videos and especially love the fields and the chile roasting. Thank you so much.🌶🌶🌶”

“The chiles are delicious - I always order “mild” since it has just enough heat for me and my family. Delicious flavor, not just heat, and my favorite way to use them is inside a cheese quesadilla …yum!! Thank you!”

“I called to update my shipping method for my recent order of fresh Red Chile, to make sure it arrived as fresh as possible. The customer service person got everything squared away quickly for the updated order. Looking forward to receiving my next batch to roast and try some Chile Rellenos with the Red Chile! Thank you!”
