“I have not had such flavorful and hot green chile since my mom would roast her own!!! It was a treat! Good green chile is hard to get in my area. I can hardly wait to get more and try other products from The Fresh Chile Company!! I also appreciate them using their families traditional recipes!❤💚🌶”

“I have finally found a family own business that grows excellent red and green Chile. They have made it easy for me to prepare my favorite dishes with there premium chiles sauces and fresh green chile , they do all the work and have had the privilege to call customer service. Very professional but with a sweet and family like conversation. I will be a life time customer. We don’t have Chile in Florida . Sincerely MTJardine”

“Fantastic. My father-in-law is originally from Chimayo. NM and got me hooked on Chile. Now we split orders out here on the East Coast. Now I wake up thinking about eggs and green/red (Christmas style).. Cant be happier with the products. A+”

“I have been doing Business with The Fresh Chili Company for over Two years. They have treated me very good. There Customer Service is great. If I need to change or add to my delivery they take care of it with no problem. The Company is coming up with new Products that are top notch. The Bar B Que sauce is great.The New freeze dried Chili is great. There Salsa is great also. Cannot say enough good words for these folks.”

“Papa's hot salsa has great flavor and just the right amount of heat. It gives you a warm feeling in the back of your throat without sacrificing flavor. My wife hasn't tried the Mama's mild yet. I will definitely order more as needed.”

“I had a problem with my second order being delivered and The fresh Chili Company took care of it immediately. The employee that I was emailing with was kind, courteous and prompt.
