“I'm a huge fan of Fresh Chile's products. I've purchased both the Fresh Red Chile Sauce and the Fresh Roasted Green Chile Sauce. The Green is delicious and has a lot of the charred flavor that is essential for stellar Green Chile recipes. The Red Chile Sauce is beyond special! It's a revelation for anybody who has cooked with and eaten various Red Chile products such as Enchilada Sauce. The freshness shines ... with absolutely no preservative flavors. The Red Chile Sauce literally transforms a bowl of cooked Pinto Beans!”

“We love your chili’s, I think we have ordered them 4 or 5 times since I had seen them advertised on Facebook. One of my favorite ways to use them is just a simple grilled burger with Tillamook Pepper Jack. After you take it off the grill when the cheese is perfectly melted top it with the as much green chili sauce as you like. They are simply the best ! Everyone loves them at our house. You can’t make a better burger than a Green Chili Burger !! The other thing we tried with this latest delivery was with a Crock Pot, we put 4 Huge chicken breast in the Crock Pot, then I dumped one jar of the Mild Blended Green and Red Chili’s. Flipped it on low for about 5 hours and they turned out fantastic. The flavor was so intense, The only I will do different next time would be to only use about half a jar of the chili peppers and put a cup or 2 of chicken stock instead so it does not dry out. Even though it was a mild sauce, the chicken turned out really spicy/hot but by the time we loaded up the Burritos with beans and cheese, sour cream, avocado, they were not nearly as spicy. But the flavor was over the top, you will be happy you tried. Plus it’s so simple ! Thanks for using such a high quality product and recipe, your chili’s are the best we have tasted.
