“I recently purchased the Hatch chile BBQ sauce. I pushed the edge of the envelope and used it as the topping for a great meatloaf instead of the usual ketchup. My whole family loved it! something a little different that turned out really tasty.”

“Love you guys! As a New Mexican transplant to Seattle, I have grieved the loss of green chile. You guys really deliver - literally! The Xhot frozen green chile is SERIOUS. The best and hottest I've had since leaving the state - THANK YOU!!!!”
