“I just received my second order. My first order a couple of months ago consisted of 4 jars of red chile sauce and 3 green chile sauce. Those were gone pretty quickly because this is the best sauce on the planet! Both the red and green are very flavorful. I plan to continue using this brand of sauce for a very long time. I highly recommend it.”

“I got the X-Hot Green and the Hot Red/Green, and they are delicious. Already finished half of what I bought and will be buying more in the future. The Hot Red/Green is just as hot as the X-Hot Green. They have so much flavor, I put it on all kinds of dishes, breakfast Lunch and dinner. Hatch Chile is the best, you wont regret it.”

“I bought the 3 pack for a son and another for a granddaughter, who live outside NM and miss the taste that only Hatch chili can give....They told me how much they loved them....so bought some for myself and WOW.....they are delicious......”

“5+ so far... Shipping, packing and delivery were great! We've used the green in a few different dishes and LOVE them. The red will top some chicken baked burritos today and my expectations are high, don't think we'll be disappointed.”

“I moved to Virginia from New Mexico twelve years ago, and I have missed Hatch chile SO MUCH. I'm so glad to have found Fresh Chile Co.! “I saw this advertised on Instagram because I follow a lot of food-type things and it simply looked good to me. I bought the Red extra Hot Chile sauce and just tried it on an omelet. Oh. My. God.....it is sooooo good! I can't wait to order some other types. So, so good!”

“This is the best green chili product I have ever had from a jar. Super fresh tasting and no doctoring up with other things. It is Extremely authentic! Great job in doing it natural and allowing the end user to play with spices and herbs for dish/recipe preparation. I purchased the “Hot” and it was exactly that.....Hot!! Probably not for people who don’t like the heat. We love it!”
