“I think the sauce is excellent. I often cook pinto beans, and when I added the sauce to make chili beans, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I've also put it into guacamole and it is terrific there as well. I plan to use it when I cook enchiladas.”

“Such a delight to be able to purchase Hatch chilis, which I can use in so many ways from salsa to meals. Flavorful and unique as there is no comparable product offered in our grocery stores.”

“I recently ordered the variety pack plus one jar of Abuelita’s red Chile. I usually make my own red and green sauces but, I wanted to try this brand out. I received my order early afternoon so I decided to try them out immediately Using Abuelita’s red sauce I prepared cheese enchiladas....mmmm, so good, as was the pure green which I prepared green chile, plus saved myself a lot of time as well! I will definitely be ordering again!”

“I’d heard of this company through friends. I happened upon an email that this company could deliver the world famous “Hatch chili” at a reasonable price. My only wish would be that they’d carry the jars of the various types of chili in larger size jars as in 32 Oz. Great product & highly recommend this company.”

“Amazing quality! So happy to have a company that ships. Being a New Mexico native and living in Las Cruces for some time, it is nice to know that after moving away I still have a way to get my NM Chile all the way up in the PNW! Thank you!”

“We love fresh chile and this chile is some of the best we have ever had. Some like it HOT (like my husband) and some can only handle a little heat (yup, total gringo here). We have been purchasing this goodness for almost a year now and have turned so many of our friends and family on to it. Fresh, delicious chile sauce (red and green alike). We will never go back to store-bought again.”
