“I had never ordered fresh chiles, but the reasonable price lured me in. It was easy to order, with good communications and a delicious result. We charred them on the gas grill, froze some, and are enjoying the rest on tortillas with cheese and onion. I'm glad I took the chance.”

“I recently bought a bottle of both red and green chile sauces. From the very out set, I could tell this was a company I would enjoy doing business with. Not only were the sauces great, but the customer service I received from Laura in answering my email questions, was par excellent. She, representing the company, showed care and concern for me as a customer.”

“I'm used to having this peppers in el paso,tx, but recently moved to NC, And really missed those chiles. The service was great and delivered fast as promised, will definitely be ordering more. And the peppers taste great.”

“This is my second order this month, both arrived in fantastic shape. I was expecting a bit of spoilage (because of heat and 3 days it took carrier to get it from New Mexico to North Texas) but was pleasantly surprised! LOVE my New Mexico chile! Can’t wait for my hot to arrive! 🤓”

“I bought three different types, red medium, red extra hot, and green extra hot. Tried the green extra hot this morning with breakfast. It was very good. Expected it would be hotter but it was very tasty. Pre-ordered some red and green blend this morning. Looking forward to trying the red I have and the blend that’s on order.”

“OMG!!! Because I have ordered several times the jarred Chile, I decided to order the fresh Chile. It arrived two days later. I roasted it in batches on the grill. The smell was wonderful! I kept several out for hamburgers and bagged and froze the rest for chili this fall and winter. Come on cold weather! I had a question about how many to freeze in a bag for two lbs of meat in chili and customer service got right back to me with the answer. Thanks Fresh Chile Company! I’m a customer for life!”
