“I'm into flavor but don't like heat. Fresh Chili Sauce MILD has so much flavor and is thick the way I like it. So glad I tried this product. P.S. The Green Chile Pecans are AMAZING!”

“What can one say about The Fresh Chile Company That hasn't already been said? All I can do is to add my opinion to everyone else's - their Chiles and Sauces are the best I have had, and really upped my cooking game. From ordering to delivery, I was kept updated by their friendly and incredibly competent staff. I will be a repeat customer.”

“All the sauces are amazing!! I am from Las Cruces, New Mexico near Hatch and now live in Indiana. I miss the Hatch chile and when I found The Fresh Chile Co after trying others, I absolutely love it!! Tastes like home!!!”

“If you enjoy the tastes of green chile and red chile on Mexican food--or any other kind of food--this is the place to shop. The absolute best!! I've read that some folks grumble about the $10 shipping fee. Well, in my opinion, it's worth the $ and it's cheaper than a road trip to New Mexico. Try the 3-pack, and if you don't like it, you'll have friends or relatives that will happily take them off your hands. The jars come safely tucked in bubble wrap fitted in a sturdy box (that I keep to hold odds and ends in the garage. LOL) You'll not find this quality in your local grocery store or wallyworld. Try it, you'll love this stuff. Our favorite? Green chile sauce. Hoping to get a box of fresh-picked chiles to roast on a charcoal grill. Lived in the Southwest for years, and one could buy them freshly roasted outside grocery stores and other places. Not so here in Oklahoma; however, we found one grocery store that was roasting them in Fort Smith and thought we'd hit the jackpot. Nah! Turned out they didn't know if they were hot, medium, mild, or what. A waste of money. We like 'em on the extra warm side, and medium and sometimes hot, from The Fresh Chile Co. suits our tastes. Thanks TFCC. We love you!”

“The chile we have tasted so far is excellent! Just like we were back in New Mexico where I grew up! Two of the chiles came broken and when I emailed about it I was given a $20 gift card which I will definitely use for future Chile orders!”
