“I made chili verde and it was fabulous. I’ve tried many times prior to using the Hatch product. The results were sub par but with the Hatch product and recipe it had flavor. Something I hadn’t been able to accomplish previously. Im looking forward to making posole next.”

“I came to a Nursing Conference in Albuquerque 3 years ago and discovered Hatch chilies. I was immediately hooked. When I came home to Georgia I looked everywhere for those amazing chilies and couldn’t find anything that compared. I found your website a few months ago, made my first order and I’ve been in heaven ever since!!!”

“A really great company with great products. I have an acidity problem and their sauces have either no tomatoes or very little tomatoes. Peppers are hi ph. I use arbuel's for chile Colorado, either with fresh pork or for left over pork shank, chicken, etc.”
