“I ordered a jar of the salt free chili, mild, and it is tasty, fresh and there is still a little bite that lets you know that this is not catsup!! Thumbs up for this company!!”

“Very good fresh picked chili delivered to MT. Large, thick walled chili, perfect for roasting, or chopping fresh for omelets or pico de gallo. House smelled of roasted chili for 3 days. One of the best memories of NM.”

“Received the box of Fresh Chile Peppers and opening it up the fresh smell of the peppers was wonderful They are large, thick beautiful chiles. I just roasted about 25 this morning and peeled under water like they said to do. Turned out great i will be making chile rellenos later today, I haven't roasted chiles before and it wasn't hard. My whole family is coming over to enjoy!”

“I was excited to get them. I’ heard so much about them. They’re not common up here. And, once I started roasting them, I could understand all the hoopla! They smelled amazing! And one I peeled them, I couldn’t help myself to try one! De licious! 😍love it 😊 🙏🏼”

“This was the first time sending chile out of state, so I searched online and found the Freshchileco.com. I had found other companies, but found FCC to be the most user friendly. I spoke to a very friendly and helpful person to check on my order (Veronica) and she told me when the chile would be picked an shipped, (the same day), anyway it arrived in excelent condition When promised. Thank you Freshchileco.! Will definitely buy from you again.”

“We could not be happier with the chiles we received!! They arrived fresh and ready to roast, and the flavor and heat levels were perfect! We used to buy our Hatch chiles already roasted, but this was so much better! The house smelled amazing for days!!”
