“Being Hispanic I assumed that the “hot” chili was actually a mild chili...WRONG!! It was deliciously HOT! I had to get the medium version because Hot is too hot for me. But it’s just as delicious! I highly recommend this chili company to all! 10 stars!”

“The best chilies I can get without living in Hatch, NM. I lived in ElPaso, Tx for years and was accustomed to having fresh Hatch chilies. I now live in San Antonio and only get Hatch chilies seasonally. With the FCC I can enjoy them daily year round. Thank you FCC for providing my favorite chilies for breakfast, lunch and dinner.”

“We just received our second order from them within a month this time we got six jars of the Green Chile. It is simply an excellent product and we have now tried all of the ones that they bottle. We like them all but our personal favorite is the green chile only because we can make green chile pork and chicken enchiladas each week. The product is packaged in an excellent way that guarantees nothing will be broke and Sarah in customer service on the phone is super friendly to deal with whether placing an order for following up on one already placed. We have gotten a friend hooked on this also and I understand he just ordered a dozen jars this week for himself.”

“Unfortunately our annual trip to New Mexico may not happen due to the COVID-19 situation. Fortunately for us The Fresh Chile Co. ships. Just went through a jar of the green and another jar of the red green from our last order. We have a batch of fresh chiles on order.”
