“Traditionally, making fresh red chile is part of my fall events with friends. I am happy to admit yours is just as good and much more convenient. My order was processed quickly and I was set to enjoy the red chile within the week. Thank you!!”

“This is a fantastic small business that I found online. They offer fresh Hatch Chiles sauces and powders and other spicy products. Everything is reasonably priced. I signed up for their emails and was offered a free jar of Fresh Red Chile Sauce, you just have to pay shipping. I ordered it. It is so fresh and delicious!”

“Speedy Gonzales like shipping! I LOVE the Red/Green sauce. Man, oh man, enough bite to let me know I am eating hot peppers but not enough to kill my taste buds. There is also a huge amount of flavor. Just delicious. I put it on eggs, roast, tacos...if I ate ice cream I'd put the sauce in ice cream! Yeah, that good.”

“This place is awesome!!! I'm stuck living in an area without access to hatch chilis so being able to order up some to be quickly delivered and ready to eat can't be beat!!! I use both the green and the red to spice up all kinds of food. They're really awesome to bring flavor into my boring, low carb diet.”
