Terrible company! I ordered flowers for two different big occasions five days apart and they never got delivered. Impossible to get hold of anyone to get the reason why and now I spending a lot of time trying to get refund.

All they said is that they could offer me their sympathy they did end up giving me a refund and the flowers did actually end up showing up two days later and they were the worst flowers ever nothing like the photo they look like they were dead like they had been in the box for weeks.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for delivery on May 9. The flowers never arrived. I emailed and called, but received no answer about why the flowers were never delivered. The operator offered me a 10% refund!! Ended up calling my bank to dispute the charge. How disappointing!!

Horrible company, and customer service. Not only was I at first refused a refund after the Mother’s Day flowers I sent arrived 3 days late, and dead, but after fighting with them for 4 days on a refund (they only wanted to replace the product) I was only refunded 30% which was about $13 of a $70 order (including shipping costs etc.)

My sons had these flowers delivered to me for Mother’s Day and they are the worst flowers I’ve ever received. These are a picture a week later. Luckily he got a refund. Buyer beware… Do NOT order from this company!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered flower arrangement for my grand daughter's graduation, who lives out of state. Paid for same day delivery, placed order early in the morning, received confirmation. Called to ask a question about time for delivery, only to find out that it would not be delivered until the next day. I was not happy but decided to take them up on the upgrade and next day delivery. I had thrm make a note that they needed to be delivered by 2pm. I called back thr next day because my grand daughter still had not received anything! They said they had it scheduled to be delivered by 6pm. I ended up canceling and asking for a full refund! So let's see if I get my refund!
